Location

I was told I would likely get a room that fronted the courtyard. I was put in a room back in a corner near the vending and ice machine (that you could hear running) where customers could store their luggage which made it difficult to access the room on a couple of occasions. The second day there was a bunch of customers that came in a took over the entire courtyard and were allowed to leave all their liquor and snacks on all the available tables and all the chairs were moved around the tables. This occurred on the last two days I was there. The breakfast was not good. More like a snack until you could get to breakfast someplace else.

The location

The bathroom was horrible. Old is one thing but dirty is another. Yuck There was a 60 birthday party group that had all of the rooms around the outside seating and took it over with drinks and food the entire weekend.

The staff were really nice and super helpful! the room was spacious and the location is amazing.

I just wish the check in time and check out time was a little later because you have to store your luggage it an outside storage area and i just wish it was a little more secure.

AC was not working effectively, shower placement was awkward.

The breakfast was a old muffin and coffee. Nothing to right home about. The room was old and not very clean.

Update the hotel. A better breakfast.

Muffin and coffee and orange juice was only offered no actual breakfast was served. Very disappointed had to go visit actual restaurants

The staff were very accommodating. After we had checked out, one of our friends got food poisoning and was quite sick. Even though the hotel was sold out, the front desk clerk was very gracious and helpful when trying to make her comfortable. Everything about this trip was excellent.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this stay!

The location was great.

I think they should let people know that the hotel is on the second and third floor of a building with no elevator. So you need to plan to take your suitcases up 27 stairs if you’re on the second floor and more if you’re on the third floor. When we arrived, the lady at the desk and another young man were sitting and offered no help and acted as if they couldn’t care less that we were there. The owners should teach their staff to greet the customers and put their cell phones away and at least attempt to be helpful. Because of the stairs, this is not a property for older people with luggage.

More variety would have been nice. Same offerings of 2 Danish and 3 muffins. Bagels and cream cheese and fresh fruit would be great. Hot chocolate along with coffee and tea selections would be great for kids.

Elevator access for those who can't or have a difficulty time with stairs. But with an older building it might not be feasible at this point.
