The house was very clean, up to date working appliances, a kitchen well supplied for cooking, a good supply of TP, laundry and kitchen soap, garbage bags, etc. The furniture seemed pretty recent, and good quality. The pool area was really nice, a covered pool to keep out bugs and a great place to hang out. The owner was flexible about arrival time which we appreciated. Really a wonderful stay, highly recommended. Quiet neighborhood.

Really liked pretty much everything. The sheets and towels were rather old and thin, whereas everything else was quite new, but this was minor.

We felt like queens and kings. it was very well maintained.

it was a little jaunt to the beach. but still worth the travel.

the main bed was a little more tough then I’m used to other then that no complaints

it was very clean!!! they had beach chairs, games, puzzles, pool floats to use. kitchen had seasonings and all the dishes you could need. also the TVs were Roku TVs!! the washer dryer was also amazing and very useful.

the wifi was a little iffy, but when it was working it worked very well. also there were only two rolls of toilet paper, one in each bathroom.

The private pool was absolutely amazing the house had lots of amenities for people coming in from out of state kids toys board games video games and pool toys and beach toys out side tv can you use some music for watching TV from the pool The pool area was our main hang out love the fact that we could have music from the TV

i’m not gonna say I didn’t like it but I think they definitely could upgrade a couple of things l do think One of the queen beds definitely needs to have that mattress replaced and pillows I noticed they had a TV in one of the master bedrooms but it was not hooked up or mounted on the wall I would definitely suggest having TVs in each room as if children are playing video games on the main TV then other people can’t relax and watch TV on it i’m definitely not putting this place down but I would like to see that they upgrade their patio furniture as it was extremely uncomfortable if you wanted to sit out there for a long period of time which we spent most of our time hanging out there and I will say I would rent this place again for sure

the owner was responsive both prior to and during our stay. Everything for a wonderful time was available.

That the home is in the middle of a resident area. Sitting out by the pool voices carry. The owner showed up and threatened to make me leave and no refund would be given. Other than that it was a beautiful home with plenty of space.
