I did not even get to stay in the room. I booked the room as I was driving to San Diego to attend a service and sporting event. I noticed I had a message from the facility after the service was over which was about 40 minutes after I booked. They were asking when I would be checking in stating they had a 3-7pm check in and there was an additional fee for anything after that. At this time it was around 3:45pm. So I advised that I could not invite any additional charges. This fee was not in ad. I was charged and I did not stay there. I ended up have to sleep in my car in a parking lot. Very upset with Booking.com!!!

The property was not exactly as seen in the picture. The room smells no bathroom tissue had to asked. Beds has some stains , dusty and they accept people’s uses drugs

Just the home feeling

I arrived 15 minutes early, and asked if it was okay to check in before my check in time, the host told me I would have to wait the 15 minutes since she needed more time to get the rooms ready. I booked for 3 rooms. which I understood and had no problem with. before I proceeded to leave she told me I would have to pay $150 in cash which I thought to be weird since I never pay in cash for a deposit. so after that I ended up leaving , I returned an hour later and when I arrived , it was different host which was a man, he then told me I would have to pay $150 for each room which I thought to be weird since the lady told me it was $150 , he then proceeded to call her and she mentioned usually they charge $150 for the each room but would just charge me for one. my family and I didn’t really stay in the rooms due to us just needed them to have somewhere to sleep in for the night. the next day my brother asked for the deposit back , the man gave him the money back and shortage us $10 dollars. it was our fault for not counting the money in-front of him. we noticed after we had already left the place. over all our stay was okay. just make sure you count your money in-front of him so you get it all back.

Location is pleasurable to the eyes if you are outside. The staff are accommodating and willing to help.

What I thought was advertised as a motel is actually a home. The vibe is more of an air bnb, which in the end felt fine.
