Rita's place is a wonderful home away from home. It is quiet, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Parking is secure and the neighborhood is safe. There are many restaurants and stores within a 1-3 block walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary, and the experience we had staying at this location was wonderful. The property is clean and quiet and in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and things to do. It’s definitely a place that we would stay again. The owner is incredibly helpful and I enjoyed my communication with her.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo in Alhambra. It is located close to many restaurants and stores. The condo has comfortable beds and has everything you need.The communication was prompt. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying at this well-stocked condo as a central location for the different places we visited in the greater LA area. The Murphy bed worked well for our adult son, while the 2 bathrooms helped everyone get ready in the mornings. Rita’s communications with us were clear and we felt welcome. I would be happy to stay there again.

At its best, a VRBO stay (versus a standard hotel room) offers more/better space, with more/better amenities, in a good location, and at good price. Our stay at the Alhambra condo exceeded our expectations. We were visiting the LA area for a family gathering in the Alhambra area, but we found the location to be a good one for general LA sightseeing (a Dodgers game, the Getty Center, Beverly Hills, Griffith Observatory, the Motion Picture Museum). We also enjoyed exploring Alhambra itself, and the condo is in a quiet location but only a block away from the main street. With a Costco (and other big box retailers) mere minutes away, the condo became our home away from home. As for the condo itself, it was clean, with lots of good, practical space. We particularly appreciated having a fully stocked (and I mean fully) kitchen, as well as easy off-street parking. We so much more enjoyed our LA trip because of the accommodations. We would absolutely stay at the Alhambra condo anytime we're in LA.

Rita was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Her check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Her condo is very clean, quiet and spacious. We especially appreciated the kitchen, which was fully equipped. The free parking was nice too. A great stay, in a nice and safe neighborhood in LA. Thanks, Rita!

The accommodations were all that we expected and more. Quiet area. Very clean. The price was very reasonable and the property was stocked with everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable. I would stay here again. Rita is great to work with and very helpful. We would happily stay in the property again!

Clean, well equipped.

Rita is absolutely wonderful and super easy to talk to which makes all the difference in the world! You read all of the reviews on here about her and her place and yes they are all accurate! She is an absolute wealth of information and so kind. Communication with her is second to none. During our entire visit if we needed anything she was there. She is more than just a host but I think of her as my US family! We did not spend much time in the condo as we were so busy in and around LA. If we had more down time, outside of our itinerary we would have been just fine around Alhambra and checking more things out. We really lucked out finding this one. Would we stay here again, in a heartbeat, in fact we really didn’t want to leave. Popping Yolk breakfast and the California Omelette, Eggs Benedict and freshly squeezed orange juice was fantastic. The Farmers Market and their coconut drink spectacular. We were definitely lucky to find such a gem like Rita that was there well before our trip to provide information as well as after! We will be back, it’s only a matter of time! Thank you for your hospitality Rita! You are awesome!

I enjoyed my 15 day stay! The condo is in a quiet, gated complex with underground parking. It’s very convenient to West Main Street and Starbucks and restaurants. Rita, the host is great and so sweet. She learned I was in town for the birth of my grandson and delivered a thoughtful gift to the condo for my daughter!

This is a very quiet and clean condo. It has a great location with a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance. There is even a farmer’s market every Sunday just up the street. The communication with the owner was great both before and during the stay. We had a small problem with the internet during our stay and the owner responded within a few minutes to help us fix the problem. We will return to this property.

We thought the property was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Our neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The surrounding restaurants and businesses were close enough to walk to, and provided a great variety to choose from. The owners were wonderful and answered any questions quickly. We highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay at Rita's apartment. It is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Two lovely bathrooms is a luxury! Kitchen equipment is plentiful with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. I highly recommend Rita's apartment.

3rd floor quiet building. Elevator. Private basement parking. All necessities. Delightful stay. Attentive host. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was wonderful!!! We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arose! We Loved the safe neighborhood, locked garage parking and ease of dealing with the owner. It was also very quiet, there was never an issue with noise at all. The property is precisely as listed in the pictures. Well maintained, clean and very comfortable for 3 adults. We could have accommodated a 4th adult if we needed to, but we didn’t need it on this trip. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Our only desire would have been for a ceiling fan above each of the beds. Even with the air conditioning, it tended to get a bit stuffy at night, but this was a very, very minor issue. We spent all of our time at Disney, Universal and SoFi, for a Chargers game, so I can’t really speak to what is located around the property, but we were very comfortable when arriving back there late at night, midnight or 1:00 am. It is centrally located to all three, about 45 minutes to Disney during rush hour, 35 minutes to Universal on a Saturday morning and 25 minutes to SoFi for the Sunday afternoon game. Thank you for hosting us, we appreciate it!

We just completed our third lengthy stay at this beautiful condo. We love everything about it - the size, comfort, cleanliness, proximity to a great downtown full of good restaurants, tremendous beds and bathrooms and, most of all, a very responsive and pleasant host Rita. We highly recommend this condo.

Everything was as advertised. So many things were easily accessible and within walking distance. Communication with Rita was so easy! It was as if we've been friends forever! 11/10 would stay again!

I stayed in this condo with my son and teenage friends for a Birthday weekend. The Owner responded to all my questions rapidly and was very helpful. The condo was very cozy and perfect. The location was excellent as well. The condo was central to lots of shopping, restaurants and other surrounding cities. I am keeping this as a favorite for any future visits to southern california. This property was really quiet and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We liked there was parking space spot and also street parking available as well. The host was very communicative to anything we had concerns/questions. She also let us know about the Sunday market event down the street. There was restaurant very close by in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be back! Thanks Rita ☺️

Our 6th stay, and every bit another 5 star one in every way! Rita’s passion is taking care of her guests’ every need and ensuring a wonderful, more-than-comfortable stay. The condo is super clean, super quiet, and has everything one needs and many “extras”on top of that. The Mountain View right outside the condo’s private entrance is so serene, and the patio has nice furniture to sit and enjoy it. The neighborhood is excellent, very quiet. Very safe, with numerous excellent restaurants 1-4 blocks away - an easy stroll. Grocery stores are also an easy walk and the weekly Sunday Farmers Market is right down the street. Neighbors are rarely seen but are wonderful people when you do see them. The building is a small condo complex, with several sitting areas & pretty courtyards, extremely private, quiet, and very well maintained by the HOA. The king size bed is very comfy. Two bathrooms are wonderful to have. The living room is very comfortable and the master bedroom is huge. Having a washer & full size, well-stocked kitchen are great, and a dryer is conveniently steps away 2 floors below. Gated building. We LOVE staying at Rita’s place, and Rita herself is a top-notch, highly professional, very nice lady who will ensure you are more than comfortable and happy, never intrusive, easily available. You will love her condo, her, the neighborhood, the convenience to everything in LA. Our next trip is already booked, and we wouldn’t even consider any other option. It’s that good!!!

Rita was an awesome and attentive host and was quick to answer any questions I had ahead of our arrival. The location was convenient and accessible to many great eateries. Our stay was for 14 days and the condo was clean, comfortable and really a home away from home. I would highly recommend it if you are coming to the LA area as everything was just so convenient. The underground garage was ideal for anyone travelling requiring wheel chair accessibility. If you have a wheel chair accessible decal/placard, do bring it with you as it is recognizable around the LA area. I would highly recommend this Rita’s condo as she had everything ready for us…AC was perfect, water pressure was perfect, kitchen equipment/tools was perfect…it truly made our vacation in LAX perfect and i would return to again on next visit with relatives. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Beautiful area, with plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. It was very pleasant to just go on a walk through the area between events. The interior was very clean and comfortable, and the rest of the complex was very welcoming.

Ideal apartment for a couple looking for a short to medium stay close to LA. We stayed for 9 nights. A nice quiet location far enough away from the noise and traffic of downtown but close enough to visit the sites. Easy access to the property with underground parking a bonus. Would definately recommend to friends and family. Just a shame about the June gloom but very nice when the sun did come out.

This is our second stay while we visit our daughter and family for about a week each time. Things I appreciate are the kitchen is fully stocked like I would have at home. The bathrooms are spacious and have good storage. Besides having a comfortable bed there’s a good sized dresser and space to hang clothes. The building itself feels secure and the neighbors I’ve met seem nice and friendly. Within walking distance are very good restaurants. And it’s minutes away from our family. I deeply appreciate Rita. She’s a great communicator and makes every effort for a good experience for us. Loved it!
