The apartment was spacious, airy, sunny, well-equipped, secure, and had a view over the gardens which was a delight. Location was great.

It was above two cafes and there was a little noise until they closed, and the stairs up were narrow and possibly difficult for anyone older or carrying heavy luggage.

This is a self-catering facility. I bought food from the nearby ICA and COOP. The location is beautiful and very central for restaurants, clothing and curiosities. It is also very pretty. Ours was a work-related trip with some holidaying over Christmas. The proximity to various university buildings is ideal. For our young daughter, parks are also close by. And if you're stuck, there are at least 2 cinemas nearby as is the music and play house.

More extra bedding: quilts or duvets would help: some nights are colder than others and not all guests are from cold countries. Please do have a notice about the quality of drinking water from the taps (it's ok to drink water from the tap) as this saves buying heavy bottled water at the outset. While there is washing up liquid, please supply more and also a clean wash cloth and sponge. The supply of crockery and cooking ware was just right for 3 guests. Also, please do supply visible agents for the shower.

The heaters were not on so it was a bit chilly.

Excellent location close to the heart of Uppsala. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine for longer stays is a plus. Good wifi connection.

Seating in the lounge dining area. No dish towels in self catering accommodation. No balcony, which is indicated in the description.

Bright, clean and well equipped. Warm, cosy and a very short walk to bars, shops and restaurants, literally 2 minutes and you’re in the centre. The road the apartment is on has restaurants and shops, the river is also 2 mins walk in the other direction so it was perfect.

The only snag was the English tv channels kept ‘scrambling’ which the owner fixed straight away, but it happened again so we didn’t watch it after that, we didn’t really need the tv it’s just nice after a day out to chill with it on.

Great location. Good facilities.

No bottle opener had to borrow one from the restaurant. There was no mention of a hair dryer so I brought my own but found one in the bathroom cupboard. Annoying as baggage weight limit was severely restricted on the flight.
