Premiere twin rooms were supposed to have bath tubs and balcony . But that isn't available in any room

it’s only nearest to expo centre rather than nothing and the hotel loaction is good they can do much better but they are not doing their best and if they continue the same then they will loose lot of customers

I booked super king size luxury double bed and they have small bed later they added one more bed that was very bad quality and they were untrained staff my bill was 7500 change they swiped my card 8k change and also they don’t provide water bottle at the hotel for the person who has booked a room and staying in hotel at least one or two complimentary water bottle that is a very basic all the hotels do and we told them to get the water bottle they gave very late and Mrp was 20 and you cannot believe they charges rs-65 for it one water bottle and morning breakfast was waste plz never stay in that hotel

Kitchen and food is poor,,, Reception desk was not efficient, either lack better training/grooming or possibly they are new in the job.

Well there was live music evening which was good and food was good.the staff was.ok as well

The room I was put in , had like paint splashes on the floor , the linen had some stains , the door didn't open completely and had to somehow manage getting in . Room 606 . The water kettle was horrible, the moment you paired our water it would start coming out from all sides

Comfort stay with friendly staff overall I enjoyed my stay nothing to complete.
