Two adult sons and one 77 year old mom stayed here for a week. We loved it! It could sleep more people but for our group of one mom and two sons it was perfect: everyone had their own room and bath and lots of space to spread out. The hosts supplied generous kitchen stuff, including Keurig coffee pods, numerous condiments, and full kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. An issue with a missing remote control was quickly addressed. The location is right across the street from a Springdale shuttle stop but close enough to Zion entrance to simply walk, in, which we did one morning when traffic was backed up. The house is enhanced with large photos of Zion scenes on the walls. It was delightful to watch twilight arrive and wash out the colors on the Watchman rocks, as they progressed from brilliant red orange to cream to silhouettes against the night sky. You will fall in love with this house!

We had a FANTASTIC experience renting this house! First, the house was very very CLEAN! So that was great. The house was also very well-maintained! Also a huge positive! Communication was GREAT. Great hospitality. Owners were very responsive and very personable and very easy to communicate with. And of course the location - the location is INCREDIBLE! - about one mile from the park entrance, in the heart of Springdale, convenient to great restaurants and of course to the entrance to Zion NP!! We highly highly recommend this house and would definitely rent this house again!! Thank you!

Stayed for 3 days. Great communication with host. Perfect location. Can take shuttle to Zion park and walk to most places in the city. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Our communications was with Katrina Blakey and I can’t say enough of how good she was. she sent us a lot of information about the place and the town , answered messages right away and was just Terrific .

We came to Zion for my husbands 32nd birthday with family. It was a truly magnificent time. The house was amazing with wonderful views and so close to the park entrance. We couldn’t have picked a better place and the owners were so thoughtful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

The home is just as shown, with good public and private spaces, and the playful use of local landscape and canyoneering photography throughout. The host was accessible and helpful. The location is excellent; short walking distance to take out and dine in restaurants, gear/bike shops, groceries, etc. Zion park entrance is about 0.5 miles away, fine for a brisk walk or drive, or the city shuttle stop is just across the main street from the property. Overall, would highly recommend!

Had a great time celebrating our sons wedding in the incredible town of Springdale. House is centrally located to everything and easy to catch shuttles for food and hiking. Owner very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thx again...cant wait to come back!

Host and rental was amazing. The views are to die for and it just 3/4 mile to the park entrance. Walked it several times! Definitely would eat in since the kitchen has everything, but if you go out, go to the Spotted Dog! Amazing food & service. Did have a few bug issues, but host Teresa got on it immediately. Loved this location and would come back here again.

The Watchman Gallery does not disappoint. It’s perfectly located by the Springdale / Zion Shuttle and has all of the modern amenities a family would need. It’s within walking distance to the South Entrance and the grocery store and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a great time here. A wonderful property that is minutes from Zion National Park and within walking distance to everything Springdale has to offer. The house itself was fantastic and Teresa made sure everything was perfect. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

The Watchman House was located within the heart of Zion, walking distance to shops, food, and the park. We were able to park our vehicles and walk 90% of the trip. House was clean and had a great open feel to it. Anyone renting this place will take notice of all the photos located throughout the house of Zion, I only wish the photos were labeled as to give you an idea where you should be hiking. We were able to sleep 4 children and 4 adults with room to spare. House came stocked with all the necessities one would need to operate a house and have a cup of coffee upon arrival. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend renting the Watchman House.
