Excellent park location. Owner communication was great. Really well equipped.

Great location, lovely accommodation and very quick to communicate and efficient host. Will definitely be returning! Would recommend 100% the caravan has everything you need including outdoor seating games and dvds for rainy days! the location is perfect with kids activities and beach close by. Cannot comment on the facilities at the park as we didn't use them... except the shop onsite... remortgage your house for a small essentials shop!!!

Good value of money, good location, playgrounds for kids

Facilities on site were amazing, lovely food and intertaiment. Caravan location is brilliant, near the children playground and very close to the leisure centre

Carpets in the lounge and sofa were covered in dogs hair. After hoovering problems were solved. Contacted the owner regarding an issue, very quick response.

We all love everything it's our favorite holiday park staff are very helpful it's just a brilliant place to take a relaxing break caravan was lovely too

Caravan site has plenty to offer.

When first booked through booking.com for 4 nights, the caravan was advertised as including linen. However, once paid for in full the owner contacted me with a message informing me that I need to bring linen (duvet covers & sheets etc) & pay a £50 damage bond within a few hours or the booking would be cancelled with no refund. Scared to lose all of the £247, I paid this also. On arrival there was not a scrap of toilet roll or a bin liner so we had to go straight out to the nearest shop to get these basic items that in my opinion should be included.

The size of the caravan was brilliant. The location on the site was really good as it was close to all the facilities and the children's park. The site is located on the outskirts of withernsea but within walking distance. The parking at the side of the caravan is an added bonus

The shower has really poor pressure to the point where I had to use the camping facilities to wash my hair. You can turn it up slightly but the water is freezing and the shower head leaks. We did contact the owner about this who thought it might be some water works problem. However this didn't effect anyone else! Cleanliness was another issue, the awful smell when we walked through the door hit you and we wasn't sure where it was coming from. Needless to say we gave the kitchen/living area another clean. There was dirt down the back of the mattresses too, a bit off putting really to say covid cases are still high. The camp facilities...we had bought passes but they were useless as everything was booked 6 weeks in advance which we wasn't aware of but we complained and got our money back. Site entertainment was reasonable but it was a struggle to get a seat on most nights. We feel the caravan needs a little bit of TLC in some places i.e seat coverings, curtains and carpet need updating and the shower needs sorting too.

Nice place to stay near the sea. Clean and comfortable caravan. All comfortable beds. Good support help :) I recommend this holiday caravan to everyone for both couples and families.

Excellent location, lovely little site. The caravan was really big so plenty of room with everything we needed for 3 days.

Lovely van nice and spacious and tidy. Deffo not a budget van the value for money was excellent. Fast response from owners in answering questions, outdoor seating was a bonus, think the van was a extra wide? Free WiFi was a very welcomed suprise for the kids, lovely information pack with a things to do and few takeaway menus etc. Nice and clean

Shower dial was very stiff no one could change the temp cooler apart from me, hoover didn’t have much suction so took a little while longer to clean but no reflection on the property just nearly the cleaning product. Also same again not property related but the PS4 didn’t work it kept flicking the tv on and off maybe needs a new hdmi? Really are little minimal issues and it’s a great van for the value
