Need improve cleaness on room like cook ware..

We already sent message to the hotel thru booking.com that we will arrived late and check in late (because of highway badly jammed everywhere). but we do not know the reception is closed at night. as we arrived and go to reception, we were really shocked that no one there and the reception place were dark. we called the hotel number and it rang at the reception table. there is no one to ask... and no security guard.. We end up looking and hv to pay again for other hotel to sleep for the night. what a very bad experience.

LOCATION

The room was so dusty and there is no proper jug or drinks in the room for us to make coffee or tea. The room was not clean or mop by the management staff and all the room was dusty n not clean at all . I can say it’s a good price but I feel disappointed with the cleanliness .

its realy big and worth for money

poor maintenance. the water heather came to fire at ground floow wash room so big kitchen but there is no any stove or facilities to boil water.
