Rented this property due to the proximity of the wedding reception and the wedding venue. Everything was great. Love the gas fireplace and the kitchen. Had everything that we needed. Definitely would recommend

Our family felt right at home on spring break. The kitchen was well equipped and grill was an added bonus. Heated pool and hot tubs were clean and just a few steps away. Under 15 min walking distance to Lionshead Village and the shuttle stop just outside was timely and convenient as well. Easy check in and entry. Would definitely return if this unit is available for our next trip!

Very happy with the rental size, features, location in town and ease to ski resort access. Communication was very good from rental property on checking in and out. Parking with 2 vehicles was not an issue. We cooked in all 6 days without any concerns.

Stayed here for four days in January 2023. Clean and comfortable. Good mix of kitchen items. Great to have two baths and washer dryer too. Good Wi-Fi and tvs in every room. Super convenient access to the Vail Run bus stop. Would stay here again!!

The property is updated very nicely inside and had cute decor. It had a decent amount of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. It is very close to the bus stop which is just across the street. The fireplace is easy to work and helps with ambiance and heat. The garage space is great for the weather and snow.
What we didn’t like is the heat doesn’t work well at all and it was in the single digits when we were there. The space heaters help but are small and can’t heat all of the rooms, of course. It needs at least some more blankets for the couches which are nice but leather and cold. It is in need of better lighting as it’s really dark in the condo and hardly can read. The windows could use some privacy sheer curtains because the stairs are right there and people can see right inside. The bathroom needs one too for privacy as it’s on the ground level. The view is not great of the other building but a tiny bit of the mountain across the street shows. The worst thing was the noise. The people upstairs came at all hours of the night and literally kept us up with their walking. It was so loud, we slept poorly almost every night. Everytime they got up you heard stomping and creaking. The property management has terrible communication and I didn’t get a response at all the entire time we were there. I called several times and their voicemail would cut me off each time. Overall, it has what you need, in theory, but I wouldn't stay here again.

We spent 5 nights in Vail. The residence is convenient to hiking trails and lifts, Lost Lake and Booth Falls were nice hikes. The residence has everything that you would need and quiet at night to rest. We would definitely recommend to others

It was a short walk to Lionshead which gave us an opportunity to take in the spectacular Vail views. It was super close to the grocery stores and there was a great pizza restaurant across the street. The property management company was super responsive on both occasions when we contacted them.
The only negative feedback was the floors felt gritty when we arrived, even my teenage sons noticed it. Thats the only reason we gave cleanliness 4 stars. One recommendation would be to add extra ice trays as there was only one small ice tray available and it leaked.
Overall you can't go wrong with this nicely renovated and decorated condo. Thanks for a great stay.
