The cabin was very cute and very very clean! It was a perfect fit for my husband, myself and our little puppy. The location was extremely convenient close to restaurants shopping on the beach.

We were only in Door County for two nights so location was pretty important. Nestled between Fish Creek and Sister Bay this is a perfect place. We did dinners in Sister Bay, spent some time in Peninsula state park which is minutes away, enjoyed some vineyards etc. Everything with the property was great!

Awesome clean efficiency cottage. Perfect for 2 and great location.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights in June 2023 and loved it. The cottage was clean and even though it's not very big, it had all the amenities we needed. The fold out bed in the living room was comfortable for my daughter and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable for me. The location can't be beat as it's only a short walk to the places like Wilson's and the Chef's Hat. For a cozy and comfortable stay close to everything in Ephraim, I highly recommend the Summer Cottage.

Place was lovely and so clean - we had an excellent time being cozy! It is on a very busy road, though - which is understandable as there's only like one road through Door County. So it's very convenient, but just not great for having a dog or taking walks. Also wished they advertised that the check-in time isn't until 4pm. Otherwise, great stay.

Everything is just as described in the listing. This is a great location in Door County. Ephraim is a quaint beautiful town with much to offer. Highly recommend!

Adorable! Very clean!

Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Surprisingly quiet for it's location, just a few blocks walk to Ephraim. Great central location to get too all upper Door Peninsula sites. However the owner's use of Superhog for guest verification is a huge turn-off. They are not properly introduced, so appear as scammers, demanding photos of personal ID, utility bills, etc and threatening you can't check in without providing them, technical issues opening the jpg we finally agreed to send...totally unprofessional. This created distrust needlessly. The owners were great though. There was a malfunction of the dehumidifier and they ran right over to fix it.

Clean place with a great location. We stayed here before before, but they’ve updated since then and this time was better than the last. I’d stay here again.

Cute little cabin, clean, and nice location. As described. Caution: what starts out as an affordable day rate escalates quickly with plenty of add on fees for cleaning, pets, etc etc. etc.

The cottage is nice and clean. It is on the main road and easy to get to and walk to sites. The down side since on the main road is the traffic noise. The bed is fair and couch is fair. It is a good place for two people. I think that more people would be crowded. It would be nice if there were a few condiments around such as sugar, salt, pepper, non dairy creamer since there was a coffee pot and coffee.

The best proximity to all Door County Villages.

We walked to the beach, marina, shops and restaurants. Biked to Peninsula State park. Solid little house that worked well for our pup and family of 4. Looks just like the pictures and description was accurate. Would love to stay again.

We rented both properties and had a great time with our whole family...and dog!

We loved this little cottage. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our dog. It's within walking distance of downtown Ephraim, which is ideal for grabbing breakfast in the morning or walking along the lake. The lake it right there so it's perfect! Ephraim is also a great spot if you're like us and like to venture up to Sister Bay or down to Fish Creek and Egg Harbor. Ephraim is right in the middle, so it makes everything a close drive. We really enjoyed our long weekend there!

Great location! Clean cute, and comfortable.

We had a great trip in Door County! The cabin was really well located, walking distance to everything in Ephraim. My kiddos are 7 and 5 and loved walking to the beach and Wilson's. We brought our pup along with us too. I do, however, wish we would have stayed somewhere slightly bigger. There is "room" for 4 people to sleep but it is very tight. Because the place was so small it would have been nice to put our suitcases in the closet in the bedroom so we didn't have to step over them but the closet was completely full with cleaning supplies and even an old tv in it. In my opinion this place would be perfect for a couple but not a family and definitely not a family who plans to bring their pet. Also, I sent an email the morning we were set to arrive just asking a couple questions but my email was never returned. Not a big deal, we figured everything out.

We loved the location of this cabin - that was definitely the main draw of it for us! During our stay, we had two adults, two small kids, and one small dog, and that is the absolute max I would suggest for the space. We had minimal space to move around. It definitely isn’t the type of place that has everything you need - very minimal towels, we ran out of toilet paper before we left, minimal toiletries, no extra pillows for the pull out couch, and we had to search for extra sheets for the pull out. We also woke up on the first night to a very loud noise coming from the closet (water heater??) - it was only the first night and it didn’t come back, but something to be aware of. We also had a maintenance issue the first day we were there (issue that occurred before our arrival) - so it was a nuisance to have to deal with that. Overall though, it was a very clean place and we loved the location. We also loved the ease of the access code to unlock the door.

Small but great location near Ephraim public beach. Walkable to Wilson’s and marina. Had a few issues including lack of internet.

This was a great property for a short trip. I do suggest bringing more towels as there are only 2 provided. I also suggest bringing something to sanitize dishes and surfaces if you’re sensitive to that. Overall, we would love to stay again.
