great spot for the family to catch up

Location amazing - a walk to everywhere, and right on the beach. Loads of space to accommodate large crowds which isn't that easy to find. Great communal living and dining areas & a lawn out the back to kick the footy!
While we knew one (of the two) hot water systems was not operational and that we would not have hot water in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms, we were assured that the dishwasher was fully functional. This was not the case. We contacted our host 3 times, but no action followed, which was disappointing. Only 1 double bed - the rest are bunks. Fine if you're a sporting club or a scouts group, but not for multiple families. Charging to use the bbq and tumble dryer was silly - who carries coins these days?
