Nothing …. Our room was horrible

It wasn’t clean , it smelled so bad of weed when we first got there we couldn’t even stay in the room. The walls were nasty, the floors were nasty. There was blood on my blankets, the pull out couch had socks and clothing shoved in it. Stains and food debris was all over it . We had to buy cleaning supplies and new sheets and bedding to be able to sleep. The floors were cracked in the kitchen . There was no communication with anyone the number they give you to reach out to is not in service. The one you can reach out to they cant do nothing . I asked for a new room and told them everything that had happening and nothing was done. All the dishes were dirty when trying to wash them the dish washer came out from under the cabinets and the racks came all the way out from the dish washer and fell on her. They were notified about everything and we were completely blew off ! Asked for a new room and nothing asked for a refund and nothing . When we did speak to someone it was oh well we will report it . And wait for an update . We checd in about 410 an I reported things by 430 and it’s not Sunday after check out and still nothing from anyone. Don’t stay here . Don’t let the pictures fool you. Old tvs old furniture… $505 for 2 nights was not worth it at all. It’s all out dated and nasty. I literally got hurt in this place and no one bothered to reach out ….the pull out bed was even broken ….. there’s so much more I know I’m forgetting . But just stay away . Stay far far away from this listing …

Very Spacious. Well accommodated. Everything we needed was there.

The garbage disposal was I guess broken an reeked of old food i assume that's what it was. And trash was beside the unit upon arrival. The host had it removed immediately upon notification. Besides I would recommend to anyone.

Location was great

The place was nasty. There was poop on the wall in the bathroom. There was hair everywhere. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The location was great and the rooms was like being at home very clean looking forward to next year

The water bugs were a little scary for the family but that's normal being that close to the water.

the outside was nice.

there were dried up bed bugs on the bed. the showers curtains were moldy. the refrigerator was dirty.

Community was nice.

We rented through Vacasa, warning, terrible service. Nasty stained carpets, tv's not working. Dried food stuck to walls. Bugs, hair and loose dirt scattered around the unit. We sent pictures and now they won't respond back as we have requested cleaning fees returned. They supposably opened a ticket, but no one has called back. At first, they referred me to call property management company. They have nothing to do with this rental. Vacasa is just dodging the issue.

I was canceled 12 before I arrive thank you I was given an option to take another place
