The lock box didnt lock when we put the keys in it at the end of our stay. We put the keys it the lock box it looked locked but it hadnt snibbed. We hid it under the BBQ so no one would see it.

A great location - so easy to walk to Arrowtown and also really close to the river trail walks. Comfy beds and a great sized lounge for our family to gather, We appreciated the porta cot and the high chair for our little traveller. We were very grateful to be allowed to get in a bit earlier than usual so the kiddies could have their sleeps. Thanks so much.

We didn't realise the downstairs didn't have internal access. No problem as the weather was fine but could be a hassle.

No fan, no contact, layout was completely not made clear, wasn’t value for that money, out dated and not functional. More info on web re layout required

Spacious Kitchen and Living with plenty of seating. Sunny deck.

Downstairs room in need of improvements and a whole roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated.
