The location on Butler Street is excellent. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and the river. Parking on site was convenient and location above Butler Pantry was nice for the coffee, cookies, and other food items. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but needs a pizza cutter.

Walking through a garage to the steep stairs to gain access was not pleasant. I would describe the decor as shabby chic. The air conditioner was very noisy and windows could not be opened for fresh air.

Amazing location right in the downtown area

The location was fantastic. The apartment was well-maintained and well-stocked. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and simple.

The air conditioner was loud enough when it kicked on that we slept better with it turned off with the fans running.

Air conditioner vent very strong in the bed room, blew in your face all night, making it hard to sleep. No outdoor space to sit.

location was fantastic and the town was so clean and the people were so nice . The apartment was so clean and would definitely rent again.

The only problem I had was the air conditioning didn’t work the first night so it was extremely hot. I contacted the owner and they had it fixed the next day.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You can't beat this wonderful location! Right in downtown Saugatuck. It's right where you want to be! Comfortable bed, nice bedroom, and great bathroom with large, amazing shower! Great kitchen! Great parking lot, no worries there! Everything is highly walkable!

Just the steps up and down, but the hosts had that posted in the description, so we were aware!!!!!!
