A great home in a great location. There is a path right across the street that goes to the beach. The beach is dog friendly. The house is dog friendly. There were even a couple toys left for the dogs. The house has everything one would need to cook. The bathrooms are fully stocked in case anything is forgotten. There is a fruit stand around the corner as well as a mini mart. It is a mile and half from Seabrook which has a grocery store and fun shops. The beds are comfortable and the house very clean. It is an excellent place.

We LOVED our stay! We just rented for the weekend with the intention of taking home our limit of razor clams. The weather was very rainy and windy and there were no clams to be found but it didn’t matter! Every person in our group found something special… the teen boys could walk into the small town and socialize, the hearty adults fished and clammed right at the beach, there was great antique shopping and a cute little pub. The grandparents were thrilled to be able to watch all the action through the beautiful windows from the comfort of the house.
The hosts have perfectly stocked the house with special toiletries, bathrobes and an amazing spice rack! There was a lot of attention to detail. All that you could need without feeling cluttered. We all hope to stay at this wonderful home again in the near future.

I don't think I could adequately describe how perfect this home was. Going forward all properties we stay at will be compared to this place. It was the most well equipped vacation rental any of us had ever stayed at bar-none. From games, to kites, to kitchen equipment, and even dog toys, this place had it all! If you're a beach lover you couldnt ask for a better location; the ocean was maybe 2 minutes away by foot! You can see the beach from every window in the house and the furniture was relaxing and comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased. Very highly recommend!

We are a group of cousins. We have stayed here two years in a row. We love the open feel of the main level where we can all gather. Everything is super clean and neat! The host is great with communication. All we needed was provided and all the extra toiletries and pillow mints are a nice touch! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay!

We love this property! With a family of 3 generations it's perfect for all ages! One main room on ground floor for seniors and 3 rooms upstairs for the younger guest. 3 1/2 bathrooms is so amazing with the whole family. Perfect distance to walk to the beach and return with littles for bathroom breaks! Outside has enough room to play games, little bon fire or just sit on the relaxing porch chairs. The owners have stocked this home so well and have thought of everything from toys, toiletries, kitchen supplies, outdoor toys, pet supplies and so much more! Our family loves this place and the grandkids are already counting down the days for next years trip!

Our visit started out with a great surprise, being notified that we could occupy early! There were 5 of us ( girl friends from high school) celebrating our 70th birthdays. The house was the perfect size, conveniently located, super clean and beautifully appointed. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some time at the beach in a quaint little town!

The communication with hosts prior to arrival was the best ever and so helpful. House is inviting from the moment you drive up. Many thoughtful amenities and treats made us feel special (mints at bedside, snack bucket, toothbrush, binoculars to see to enhance beach view, dog dishes and leash). Sparkling clean with comfortable beds, several bathrooms, great kitchen that is amply supplied.

Excellent communication from hosts on day of arrival and as needed. The home is inviting as you walk up to the door and throughout. Appreciated the many well thought touches and amenities. Having private bathrooms was very nice. The deck is lovely and furniture comfortable. Really enjoyed being able my take multiple walks on beach and the convenience in doing so. A fantastic experience all around. The house is directly across the street from a path to the beach, so you are at the ocean in a two-minute walk. Gorgeous views from the upstairs bedrooms, with a lovely deck to watch the sun set over the water. Sparkling clean with a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious island for food prep. The beds are really comfortable, the water pressure is great, and the WiFi is reliable. There are all kinds of thoughtful details, like bowls/towels/balls for dogs, plenty of puzzles and games, a ton of chairs for sitting outside in nice weather, toiletries if you forgot your toothbrush (to include homemade soap!), grab-and-go snacks, etc.. The thing that really sealed the five stars, though, was the hosts themselves. We somehow managed to leave two of our bags behind - including one that contained my dog's chemotherapy. I was completely out-of-my mind frantic, and they were so lovely and understanding about it - making an unscheduled and well-out-of-their-way drive to the house that afternoon to gather my bags and boxing everything up and getting it in the mail to me the very next day. They even remembered that I had asked about where they got one of the pretty soap dispensers in the house, and they added it to the box! Truly outstanding hosts!!!!

Stayed at this house four or five times now. This time with friends and their two dogs. 4 adults, 3 children - plenty of space for everyone. Such a fun place, the weather wasn’t the best, but the house had good games and everything we needed to be able to cook all of our meals. House was clean and beds were comfy! Love that we can keep going back. We have created so many memories, and we hope many more to come.

As a family we have rented numerous homes and this rental was by far the cleanest and most welcoming place that we have ever been. We are by no means clean freaks, but we still have standards, especially when you have to drop a large sum for cleaning fees.

The house was great! we were a 10 minute walk to the beach for slow middle aged people. It has a ton of outdoor seating. There is a coffee shop and a convenience store within 1 block. it also feels less crowded then ocean shores. Highly recommend!
