I use VRBO for my vacation rental property rentals. I have always been generally happy with the properties I have rented at the ledges. This year though was a disappointment. Many of the kitchen utensils where broken, the coffee pot fell apart when you used it each time, many of the soap dispensers did not work, the bathroom sink faucet the handle would come off. The place was not very clean. You could tell it had been surfaced cleaned but things where dusty and there was hair in just about all of the bathrooms. The beds are Way to soft making it hard to sleep.

This was one of two properties that we rented on a golf trip for 15 guys. I did not personally sleep in this house, but we drifted back and forth both properties all week long.All the guys were impressed by the quality of the house, the space, the rooms/bathrooms and the patio.The pool was a short walk and very nice... we enjoyed it everyday.We golfed Copper Rock, Coral Canyon, Sand Hollow and The Ledges(3 times). It's two minute drive to Ledges, so super convenient (and the have twilight pricing, so this was great for an extra 18 on a couple days). We were ~30 mins drive to all the other courses.Location is close to town (10 min drive) but we loved the restaurant at Ledges the best.Dan Decker and his team helped me book this and it was pleasant experience from start to finish!We will be back next year!

This four bedroom, two level rental is a perfect retreat for families. The beds are soft and comfy. The upstairs deck is magical at night with the lights. The close proximity to pickleball courts is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the swimming pool and hot tub. I love the location of the Ledges- out of the bustle of St. George, but close enough for a quick trip into town.

This property is perfect! With 4 master bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms it provides the comforts and privacy of home. It was so clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. This was the perfect spot for four friends to get away for a little golf. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and the cupboards were well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. I will definitely try to stay at this location again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The pickleball court was right next to us and the pool and hot tub was right down the street. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We had no issues with check in or check out! Thanks for the enjoyable family time!

We came here to spend Thanksgiving with our three adult children and their significant others. It was very spacious and far exceeded our expectations. It was so nice to have four King size bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The location was in perfect proximity to biking and hiking at Snow Canyon and only one hour drive to Zion. We all came home with wonderful memories of a great getaway. Highly Recommend!!

Ledges 2022
This house was absolutely perfect! We were a family of 7, 5 kids aged 17-28 and every inch of this house was used!! We had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked! Great location, 1 hr from Zion and 2 1/2 from Bryce Canyon & Horseshoe Bend! The house was immaculate and all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great! Plenty of towels for bath and pool also! We loved it and would highly recommend! The only thing I would suggest is a mid size hard cooler to have in garage for day trips to National parks! 5 star for sure!!

Beautiful Property
Loved this location and beautiful property. It was clean and so pretty. Loved the upstairs deck with the gas fireplace, but it wouldn’t stay on very long once it was lit. That was a little disappointing. We called and they had someone come look at it while we were gone, but it still didn’t work. Also, there wasn’t any soap in the downstairs bathroom right off the kitchen. We had to go buy some because it was the bathroom that everyone used while in the common area. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. While the pictures were an accurate representation of the property, the only issue we had were some cleanliness issues. There was some trash from previous people that was left on the upstairs patio. The dishes were not very clean and the shower curtains were not clean at all. That being said, the condo was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool area.

Great Family Getaway
We took a 4 day getaway to St. George with our adult children and grandkids and this home was perfect for our group; spacious and also perfect sleeping arrangements for all. One could be out with everyone playing games, talking etc. or retreat for some downtime in their own room. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

The condo easily accommodated the 12 of us with plenty of lounge area in the family room/kitchen areas and even better on the upper deck around the fireplace under the lights. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with whatever we needed to use, the pickle ball court and pool/hot tube were super close walking distance. The only negative was that the last guest might have been a smoker and you could smell it each time we walked in!

This property is just as it’s described and the pictures don’t even do it justice. We felt like we were staying in luxury. 4 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. And the bonus bunk beds for the kids. Pickle ball courts literally a condo away. The paddles were broken, but we had brought our own. We spent two afternoons at the pool, nice shallow area for the littles and deeper for the bigger kids. The condo had so many fun areas, the upper deck for ice cream at night and the lower deck for barbecue and dinner. It was an awesome property!
