Great place for a family vacation. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has everything you need for a family stay. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Plus, the apartment is in a closed area and there is a parking place. Next time definitely will chose Oscars apartment.

Oscar is a very nice and helpfull person, he offered advice and help in searching for a car rental. Also he is very thoughtfull and asked more than once through-out our stay if everything is ok. The apartment is very clean and confortable, very well equiped with everything from fridge to pots and pans. The parking space under the building is also a big plus for keeping the car cool and out of the hot sun. The apartment is in walking distance of a shopping center, where you can find all types of shops - carrefour supermarket, gas stations, aldi, etc.

The only thing which could be better are the walls, which are kind of thin, and you can hear the neighnours in the evening, but even so, our 2 years old didn't have issues with falling asleep because of that

everything was petfect! . Oscar is very helpful owner , I will definitely use it in the future :)

The location is very good, close to the center, the beach, shops, and the commercial center. The host is friendly. The apartment is within a secured compound building with a court and a pool - although it is too cold in winter to jump in. The parking is within the compound, like "underground" parking, which is very convenient. The smart locks to the apartment and the main entrance of the compound are handy and secure. We stayed during Christmas and New Year. Our host, Oscar, left us a box of good chocolate in the apartment to welcome us. Many thanks!

We think there are some minor issues to deal with so that the apartment becomes more pleasant. It is nice that the host prepared tea bags and instant coffee bags in the kitchen. However, a kettle is not available, neither is a coffee cooker. These small appliances are quite standard in other places. Another thing is that heater in the living is not working, which can be an issue if you have a kid to sleep in the living room.

It's near to essential places and i love the sofa bed!
