Communication with host was great. Very responsive. We liked the area. The house was super clean and well stocked. We would stay there again. The house could use a little TLC with some touch up paint and minor repairs to ceilings and sheet rock. That everything was really clean made up for the normal wear and tear on an older home. It was comfortable. We did put a box fan to help circulate a little more air in living area. It helped cool the open areas a little more since there was a heat advisory during our stay.

Everything was great. House was a little humid inside but it had been raining in the Katy area for 10 days straight. Still we have it 5 stars.

We booked in a rush because we had a family funeral in the area. The host was kind enough to let us check out late. The house was in a good location & fairly clean. Definitely an older home that could use some TLC.
The host had great communications while we were there. We did have a couple of issues while we were there (which was probably the cleaning crew). When I did finally reach out (granted it was a couple of days after we checked out, but I wanted to let her know) I never received a response.
The floor was dirty & the bedding had little bits of debris…most likely from a dirty washing machine.
Also, the host requires you to strip beds & start a wash. I’ve never had to do that before so I thought it was unusual, but not a deal breaker. Although, I didn’t know it was required until after I booked.

Fantastic rental for my family and I. Came for a short 3 day visit from CT to visit family. Location great! House was beautifully appointed with all the amenities. The communication with the host was great! Look forward to returning again.

I had a great stay at this Katy, Texas house. This home truly exceeded my expectations.
The 3 king-size beds were perfect for our families sleeping arrangements.
The convenience of being within walking distance or an Uber Ride away to grocery stores and restaurants was a game-changer. I loved having the option to dine out or cook in that well-equipped kitchen, and the abundance of toys was a delightful surprise, especially if you're traveling with little ones.
I can't thank the host enough for their hospitality and the wonderful experience they provided. If you're visiting Katy, Texas, don't miss the opportunity to stay here. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Rented a house near old friends for a week of working and socializing. Property was as described, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Neighborhood is older, but nice. Only complaint was the Texas heat (through zero fault of the owner)!

The house was great but the owner has no manners. I was trying to talk to her with respect and she continued to call me a liar and had no respect toward me. She would threatened me saying she will call the cops because I had friends over even though the max amount of people that she said was allowed in the house was 6, which was how many of us were in the house. She kicked us out and I had to go to a hotel and spend even more money. The house was nice to stay at it was very clean and well kept but the owner did not leave me alone that night I did not enjoy my stay.

This house was just what we needed! It is in a quiet neighborhood and makes you feel like you aren't in a big city. We loved drinking coffee on the back porch and watching the squirrels play in the backyard. But the most impressive thing was our host! She was spectacular. She was delightful to work with.

We had a blast!!!! The unit was in a prime location within reasonably distance to everything, friendly neighbors with nice quiet atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property.

This was a great property in a perfect location for our needs. Lots of space with 3 comfortable king beds. The place was very clean and set up really well for a family. Even lots of great toys in the garage for young kids and a small playground in walking distance. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will be back!

The inside of the home is cute, however there was a broken light bulb on the rug at the edge of the couch, pubic hair in the tub (master) and dirty plates and mugs in kitchen cupboard. When I informed owner as we were packing up (it had been a very busy wedding weekend) she accused me of trying to get out of paying (even though we had not asked for a refund) and called me a scammer (via text). We just thought she would want to know the cleaning was not adequate. We would never recommend this property.

I really wanted to love this property. The beds were really comfortable, the crib was super convenient and my kids loved the pool table and toys, but I felt like properly could have used a deeper clean. The floors were sticky from the floor cleaner, which was understandable, but then when I took a wet paper towel to multiple spots around the kitchen and living area floors, it was evident they were dirty. The toilet was pretty loose in the master bath and the ceiling vent in the bathroom was pretty dusty. The door trim was also scratched up and missing paint like a dog had gotten to it or something and a few pieces of furniture looked worn with stains and tears.
We had to go purchase paper towels, which was fine, but would have been a great add to have a few extras on hand to be ready for the stay without a stop the local HEB. Definitely not required, but was a nice touch in other places I’ve stayed. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of restaurant options.
Linse was a great communicator throughout our stay, particularly after I voiced my concerns. I just think if the house had a few touch ups and a little deeper clean, it could be an excellent stay rather than leaving us a little underwhelmed.

Our family was in Katy for a horse show and thought the house would be a nice option instead of multiple hotel rooms.

This is one of the Most Clean & Beautifully decorated plus, nice comfy living room furniture & 3 King Beds with sheets like a fine hotel.
Bathrooms fully stocked but might bring extra wash cloths, but plenty of sofa large hotel type Bath Towels.
Kitchen is fully stocked except you might bring kitchen towel & a potholder.
The neighborhood is very quiet & close to grocery stores & restaurants.
Downside is all the cars parked on street.
Plus is we were able to park one auto & our bikes in garage.
Loved using Netflix.
I would stay here again.
