I made a reservation but washed to change my dates instead of starting 3 nights I got transferred to another state last minute and only needed to stay want night. This property would not accommodate me for a refund on the other 2 nights.

Toilet did not work, no shower available, carpet was dirty. No remote for television, no manager available to report issues to. Stairwells had do not cross tape without alternate paths to rooms

Hotel staff friendly, breakfast good, rooms clean and comfortable. Availability of bar and restaurant on premises.

Although the start was promising, service, food and drinks at restaurant ended up sub-standard.

The hotel is located in a good area with plenty of amenities nearby, the staff was all nice, the pool was great and I did like that my room had an outside entrance

I would have given it a better rating because overall it is a good hotel EXCEPT it could have been a little cleaner. The room has a musky smell and the bathtub looked like they forgot to clean it

Breakfast was fine, the staff was extremely friendly, but overall the hotel is not in great shape. There were bugs in the room, the bathroom was dirty, n the door wasn’t very secure.

Dirty room, bugs in the room and bathroom, the over all appearance was not great.

All was good I only had one little issue I ask for joined room but that didn’t happen but it all worked out .

The addicts smoking cigarettes outside the door all night while having loud conversations about breaking into cars.

Location was great to where we planned activities. It's very close to gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, and other stores. The Shoney's is right next door where we ate several times. Rooms were very clean, modern, NO BUGS (I always pull up sherts, look at mattresses, pillows, etc) , no shady activities in the parking lot, quiet & comfortable. There's also a continental breakfast. Good price & value.

The outside could have a bigger hotel sign as it was hard to see.

Inside my room it had stated that I would receive room service after 3 days of staying. My stay was only 2 night and I had not requested room service so to my surprise on my first morning there I had room service come walking into my room without my permission. I was in my car watching her, she knocked once and just walked right in who knows what would’ve happened if I was not there. Then I had to call both nights to complain about the same noise coming from next door. Also the breakfast was not good at all & the staff seemed more irritated with my complaints rather than sorry.

When you pulled the bed away from the wall, there was crumbs and hair and all kinds of stuff on the dust ruffle. For future they should definitely either remove those or at least vacum them. Very gross!!!

clean rooms were the best feature and responsive and friendly staff

if there was WiFi, the network was even findable on the wing where my room was. in todays world that’s a big deal.

Coffee was weak. Motel was clean and orderly and in a convenient location.

Towels were as thick as two ply toilet paper. Shower stall was partial glass enclosure, so cold to stand in and water sprayed out on the bathroom floor tile making it a slip hazard. Bathroom needed more towel rods or hooks to hang wet towels. Scrambled eggs for breakfast tasted like sawdust, expect they were powdered eggs. Don’t bother serving them.

The water pressure was amazing!! The bed was very comfortable!!

weird building. we were in an add on section that the windows faced a hall with a brick wall. that area was dark, cold and spooky. very strange design.
