The only thing that I like was the price that I paid for one day sleep and rest. The offer was the best for a room located within the city area.

I was inform the cable TV was not available after I checked in but I was given a remote upon arrival. Next, there's no hot water in our shower. The towel was hard. The cupboard dusty.

Nearby Sibu town. easy access for traveller walking around. There is water filter to refill your bottle for FREE. No deposit before check in. That is awesome!

Noise of motorcycle during night as the room are near to main road. Everything ok for budget room.

Both Deluxe King Rooms we booked are clean. Nearby Ta Kiong Supermarket and within the Town area - convenient.

Our Deluxe King rooms are facing the road side - loud noise from passing bikers at midnite, coupled with karaoke that went on past 3am. Room sound proofing is poor coupled with loud slamming of room door by late returning guests past 3am. We hardly slept. We asked to cancel the 2nd night stay at the hotel. The reception clerk wasn't helpful. The lady owner was considerate to shift us to another OYO property nearby. The replacement rooms given to us at Holiday Mansion Inn are standard double rooms, a lot smaller than the earlier room we paid for, but absolutely peace and quiet. Lesson learnt: Despite the room rates were cheap, Best to stay with prominent hotel brand, especially when we have friends staying the other rooms, It was quite embarrassing.
