It was just 20 min drive from Disneyland. All other facilities like kitchen, bathroom etc were satisfactory.

The bed including sofa bed was not very comfortable. Checkin instructions could have been a little better. Though the host was directly available on call when we needed him. Parking block was too small for a SUV. Was also a little colder inside specially for kids.

Great location, clean, spacious, all the facilities you need. Great arrival information. It was the perfect base for our family trip to Disneyland and Paris, being just a 10 minute drive to Disneyland and a five minute walk to the train station and just a 20 minute train to the centre of Paris. Lagny is a lovely place on the river with a number of bars and restaurants. Would definitely use this as a base again for future trips to the area.

Location near to supermarket and bus stop. The shower is good. There is an elevator.

You cannot close the door when you go out or even when you are inside, since the keys do not turn on purpose and the owner removed all possibilities of locking the door from inside, which we found very weird. You feel completely exposed and not safe at all. The pans are very old and dirty and there are not enough utensils in the kitchen. We had to ask a neighbor to lend us even a wine bottle opener. Only one water drinking glass is available. The owner informs that shampoo is provided but only common hand soap was available and 1 toilet paper. No bath towels are provided. It was very complicated to get the keys with a lot of different codes and instructions.

The town is quiet, the location is decently close to the bus station and train station.

The check in process was a bit challenging. The place was OK. The window had an issue and was creaking loudly every night. I spoke to the host who laughed at me at first and then said he will come see it on Saturday - which he did not do.

Location is great, right in the centre of Lagny, 2 min from a kids playground. The shower was nice, the flat is quite big and spacious. We had some issues with the internet and the host was available on the phone immediately to help resolve.

The bedding is cheap quality, pillows not very supporting and the sheet a bit itchy. We managed to resolve the internet issue over the phone but the Freebox kept having some issues and we could never access Prime, Netflix (kept loading and loading…) and the Free Tv shut down every so often. What was mostly inconvenient was having to pay for a deposit. It took nearly 10 days for it to get back to my account (from Paypal to bank account), so really not ideal and this is mostly why I wouldn’t go back.

Good kitchen. Parcking on the street and possibility to park on private parcking. Not old house.

That I need to pay deposit. It was new for me and annoying. But the deposit came directly after ckeck out. Too much codes - on doors and get keys. Not nice smell from washing mashine (I think it wasn't use for a while) in this case better to keep it open.

Access to flat bit annoying as every time a code to enter needed.

Nice place to stay , very nice owner , ready to help , responds instantly , very clean accommodation, will all we need. Location is close to shops , next a beautiful park, and canal to watch birds and relax.
