The cleanliness of the entire hotel, the staff was wonderful, proximity to downtown Nashville was great, room service was amazing!

Loved the building and public toilets (need more lighting though)

Rooms were a bit small for bed sizes, not much floor space for luggage. Hated the shower mixers, too complicated when in a hurry.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing views of the city. Some comfort of home but in the downtown area.

This may not be the place to leave this but I will be leaving a more detailed review on their website. This hotel has a few mandatory requirements that are not exactly provided until after you have reserved it. One is they require valet parking with a $55 per night rate before taxes and a $100 deposit each of your stay on top of the room rate that must be paid at check-in. Once there you may or may not get to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, just depends on if they have booked private events for the time of your stay? They of course will not tell you this before you book so it's no way to know until you have paid and see if you can or not? There is also a ton of construction going on in the area so be ready for that as well.

Avevo chiesto una camera silenziosa Mi era stato risposto che avrebbero fatto del loro meglio perchè erano presenti su un lato della struttura delle opere di riqualificazione. Ci hanno proposto due camere entrambe difronte ai lavori! Non avendo altre stanze ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione e ci hanno invitato a recarci presso un altro hotel!

Habitación muy sucia, mucho polvo, tuve que decirle a la camarera que volviera a limpiar el piso, igualmente que hiciera refill del body wash y de papel higiénico. Me ofrecieron habitación con desayuno y en el check out me iban a cobrar los desayunos. Hotel muy grande y controlar la calidad requiere mucha organización.

The hotel says that microwaves aren't available for standard rooms. I had the corner suite and still did not have a microwave .

the location was good, walking distance to downtown Nashville. The valet staff was excellent.

There was supposed to be a secure floor entry and at 3:00 in the morning a strange intoxicated woman was pounding on our door multiple times. We requested security to come but we never heard if they came to our floors. the people in the next room were smoking. We reported this to the front desk and they could have cared less. We went to the pool and there were hundreds of bird feathers in the pool. Multiple staff attendants walking around , talking on their phones. once again little or no concern that the pool was dirty. If this had been a holiday inn fine but we paid $500 a night for a Hyatt and expected it to be clean. Also when they cleaned our room they did not change the sheets and the coffee stain was still on the sheet from the previous guest, gross.

Very clean. Pool, gym, rooftop very nice. Check in was east.

They are ready for you to get out at 9am. So make sure to put the do not disturb on your door if you want to sleep in.

Everything was great

Street Construction was using a jackhammer all night one night. Not the hotels falt. To the hotels credit, they did contact the city and got them to stop jackhammering at night.
