clean room and comfy bed

staff extremely rude!!! property very run down from outside.

The staff took the extra mile in making sure they accommodated my early arrival.

The enormes bad smell of the room

it was semi clean still had to re sanitize entire room n bathroom

people slamming doors, screaming, ppl coming in n out the the lobby

Nothing, the power went out we was freezing cold. There was water leaking from under the bed. And the floor had not been cleaned. Had thick dirty on the floor. The bedding looked like it has been slepted in.

There was stains all over the walls, lots of hair in the sink. They towels was so black looked like rags and very old towels. It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been too I’m my whole life. My fiancé slipped on the water and end up having a seizure because he hit his head. Was told he would refund me still haven’t received it and he said 3 hrs
