Location and room

No maid service after we asked to have the room cleaned

Location was fine and breakfast was wonderful.

The pool was closed

The room was huge, beds comfy, and excellent location!

Location near the Grand Canyon Railroad was the only good thing about this hotel.

Old, not updated at all. Bed not comfortable.

Breakfast choices were alright could use a little improvement, fridge was smaller than expected, fan in restroom didn't work, pillows weren't comfy

The staff was very professional

Rooms were not ready upon arrival (after check in) We’re not able to have connecting rooms Mattress were very uncomfortable, no microwave in room One of the rooms 422 the air was not working 2nd night. Maintenance was called but still never reached temp that was set on the lowest it got was 75 which was very hot still, only received a credit of $50 Had to carry all our bags downstairs since the only 2 carts were not available for a full house. Was not as clean as I would like it to be.

I liked the ease of the check in and check out process. I also liked how late the bar stayed open.

It was little warm in the lobby and guest areas such as hallways, elevators, etc.

Great breakfast. Convenient location. Seems like a safe area.

would've been nice to have a microwave in the room
