A vista é incrível! A janela enorme de frente ao Rio Branco! O café da manhã maravilhoso, super completo!

Faltou um abajur de cabeceira, o resto estava mto bom!

A vista é linda! A janela é enorme de frente para o Rio Branco! O café da manhã é completíssimo, mto farto (frutas, doces, sucos, café, yogurt, coisinhas regionais, tudo!) A localização é boa O banheiro é bom A cama é mto confortável, só faltou: tomada dos dois lados e abajur de cabeceira Sugestão: trocar a lâmpada de luz branca para luz com tonalidade quente O atendimento é bom e os funcionários simpáticos

Faltou abajur (luz indireta nas mesas de cabeceira) Estavam com obras de ampliação, então tinha poeira de obra e um pouco de barulho)

The water fountain is a bit noisy in rooms on the first floor…

The location, view, food, service

I booked a room with a balcony but when i arrived i was told that this room was not available and that booking.com had been notified, however booking.com did not notify me. On the second night i woke up to find thousands of dead bugs all over the room! no windows were left open so i dont know where they came from! I took a video there is not a single member of staff that speaks english

The view from the room is excellent. Staff really kind and helpful. Fast response to our requests. Room was new and clean.

The hotel has no generator so with constant or long periods without electricity as it happens in Boa Vista it is not OK. There are only stairs everywhere so it is not a place to stay if you have mobility limitations. The noise of the air conditioner and frigobar in the bedroom was very loud for my taste, even though they seem to be brand new. The location is not the best. In the evening, particularly it there is a power outage, it is a little scary to arrive outside the city center.
