friendly staff, appealing facilities

the problem wasn’t the property as a building, style or physical characteristics but train runs next to it. the cleaning in the morning was never done neither of the two times I stayed there, no towels changed in a 2 night stay, not making bed, in other words, once I checked inn , nobody cared.

The breakfast was well done and kept clean. Good variety. The staff was excellenr.

Parking can be tight when some guests have trucks with trailers.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

You can hear the toilet above you flush and doors slam. Doesn't seem very well insulated against noise.

The cleanliness, convenience to stores, restaurants, the staff was great, buffet breakfast was included..

Great location. Very clean. Spacious room.

Poor parking layout. Very tight/small spaces. Very poor in/out (only one!!) A lot of the very small parking area was blocked off to patrons.

The staff was amazing! I was stuck there due to car issues and they were more than willing to accommodate me. They would allow me to check out late and then when last minute needed to add a night they bent over backwards to help me. I have a special needs daughter and they were accommodating and patient. The rooms were extremely clean and nicely maintained. The area is not the safest but they make sure anyone who stays with them is. I will never stay anywhere else!
