Emma and Toby great hosts could not have been more welcoming great place to stay do try it if you are in the area

This was a gem of a find to visit family in Brighton, a little out of the way but very peaceful & quiet. The hosts were lovely & made us feel very welcome providing us with ample breakfast of cereal, porridge, granola, croissants, bread, butter, jam, yoghurt & milk along with tea & coffee 😃 The accommodation was spotless & very comfortable separate from the main house with our own access.

Not much to dislike at all, although a bathroom bin would have been a nice touch, instead of using the kitchen bin, but by no means a complaint!

the postcode for the sat nav was a bit confusing at first. perhaps a full length mirror on the wall ?

Short drive to Bluebell Railway. Friendly. Comfortable. Excellent to have owner’s children and pets involved in the welcome! Nice to meet the family.

Minor, but a couple of little touches would be welcome, such as toilet roll holder, and perhaps some stewed fruit for breakfast variety.

Emma had thought of everything. It is a real hidden gem in the middle of the countryside.(but also 100 metres from a pretty good pub). Exquisitely decorated , and extremely comfortable. Warm and cosy , with the main room being very spacious for 3 of us . A lovely help yourselves continental treat , and a small but adequate little eating place , full of Gorgeous crockery and special touches- very homely and beautifully presented .

It was all pretty perfect , if I was being incredibly fussy , maybe a slightly more powerful shower- but the water was hot , the bathroom beautifully decorated like the rest of the living area. Emma had even supplied toiletries and it was so nice to have a nice cupboard to pop wash bags in- makes a change .

The location was perfect as we needed to stay in the area. The hosts are very friendly, breakfast was included. The village pub is next door for the nice evening meal. Our stay was perfect.

I loved the location of this property, it was in the middle of the countryside with a lovely local pub a 5min walk away. No signal on phone other than the WiFi available at the property which for us was perfect as we could switch off from the world I would highly recommend this for a short break away and offers great value for money

Everything was perfect but the shower wasn’t very powerful but just enough to be able to have a good wash
