Family friendly, on beach, the view, been staying here at this location for 16 years.
The king bed mattress in this particular unit was TERRIBLE. It was sunk in on one side and my back hurt. Also, the sheets didn't even fit and kept popping off.

It had every amenity you could possibly need. Private laundry, big closets and dressers, fully stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, balcony was a great size with plenty of seating, the tvs had the option to log into streaming services or watch the cable service provided, and covered parking! The list goes on and on.

There was no breakfast at condo. We cooked our on breakfast but couldn’t eat on patio due to no table or chairs. Well my husband hunted down our furniture and got the contractors working on property to bring to us. The alarm went off all day on Wednesday you couldn’t hear anything. Couldn’t sit on patio in the morning and drink my coffee and look at view due to no furniture and contractors working on our patio. No privacy at all. Get up in pajamas and they are there.😡

We've been visiting Okaloosa Island for years, and love it. But this Unit (402) at the Island Princess was the worst!
The furniture was stained and uncomfortable. The mattresses were awful. The door to the master bedroom was warped and wouldn't close all the way. The exhaust fan in the front bathroom had no cover, just exposed wires, and it didn't work.

No umbrellas at the pool for shade for those who cannot stay out in sun like others.

The view and the unit was amazing
The only problem we had was my mother in law can only talk on her phone using wifi. The wifi didn't work. It said our password was wrong. I contacted someone the 1st night there, I was told someone would get back to me the following day and never heard from anyone. Called the next day and the next and all nothing. I did receive a call one of the days a recording telling us our password but it was the exact sameone we had already tried and still nothing. Nobody ever contacted us or came by to fix this problem

We liked the condo it was very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect right on the beach with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back.

Everything was very good
Arrived at 430, room wasn’t cleaned told us to come back at 630, they hurried was dirty. I went to Publix bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself.
