Absolutely fabulous apartment - the location is exceptional…you couldn’t get any more central - it’s a gem. For being so central, it isn’t noisy - if you open the windows you can hear the general hub-bub of people milling around and eating in the restaurant, which is nice. But at night it’s quiet. The decor is beautiful - Celine, the host, has done it so well. If you want to be in St Emilion old town, this is the place to stay. We parked in the Gendarmerie car park and it’s about a 5-10 min walk - so if you have tons of luggage, that may be an issue. Apart from that, it’s perfect for a stay in the town. (I would recommend doing the little tourist train that takes you round the vineyards - we stopped and did a tasting. I was sceptical but it was a very good way of getting to see the amazing surroundings).

This gorgeous, spacious apartment in the heart of Saint Emilion is arguably the best find of any holiday accommodation or hotel I've ever stayed. Perfect apartment in the best location. Highly recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect. Gorgeous views and despite being in the centre of town it is private and quiet. Restaurants and shops on your doorstep! The appartement itself is lovely. Beautifully furnished, clean and nothing is missing. Very easy and pleasant communication with the owner.
To get to the appartement you have to brave the Rue du Tetre de la Tente. This can be an adventure with your luggage in tow. The steps are old cobble stones and the road is steep. It adds to the charme of the place but be warned!

the location was fabulous. Facing the town square but silent once the windows were closed, really the heart of this touristy but steeped in history, Unesco heritage site.
very steep descent to the apartment slipper cobblestone foot path the location was hard to find, very poorly marked. suggest the owner do something about that. not for the elderly or physically challenged.

The location was superb. It’s a little difficult to reach due to the steepness of the cobblestone street but really nice once you arrive. It’s clean, well appointed and comfortable.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of St Emilion. The hostess was friendly and accommodating. The apartment is quiet, even though it is right above the square.
The property could do with a bit of light maintenance, e.g. a loose toilet seat, a hook that came too easily from the wall in the bathroom, and a kitchen cupboard that is difficult to open as the washing machine’s door is in the way. These are small things compared to everything else that worked well.

it’s unmarked and they forgot to meet us so had to wait awhile - the shopkeeper next door was very helpful and friendly though

Wi-Fi only available in the morning, unable to connect in the afternoon. Very steep hill to carry luggage.

Right next to the famous monolytic church, in the heart of Saint Emillion! Carefully decorated and clean appartment!! Despite being in the center surrounded by restaurants, it was very quiet inside!
Be mindful when you pack your bags, that you cannot reach the appartment bu car. Make sure you can carry it! It is absolutely worth it!

Everything! It was in the perfect location, very clean, beautifully decorated and had many amenities. I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re staying in lovely Saint Emilion!
Truly the only(small) behest I’ve was that the downstairs bed was not very comfortable.
