La tenuta si trova in mezzo alla natura, con un paesaggio meraviglioso. La stanza era pulita e molto grande, il bagno era a dir poco meraviglioso e grande.
Abbiamo avuto modo di provare la sera un ristorante del proprietario distante 2 min. in macchina, offre piatti deliziosi e con prodotti freschi e a km 0.
Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, un peccato essere stati qui solo per una notte.
La consiglio anche per chi il giorno dopo deve andare a Firenze, in quanto dista 35 min in macchina, è un alloggio diverso dal solito ma che merita.
La colazione è abbondante e anche qui offre prodotti a km 0, torte fatte in casa, toast ecc..
Ci tornerei sicuramente e la consiglio vivamente.

Tout, l’accueil si sympathique de Massimo et de son épouse. L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel avec une literie parfaite.
La vue et la terrasse sont grandiose. L’emplacement est juste parfait pour visiter cette région si magnifique tout en étant près de Florence. Encore un grand merci à Massimo de notre part à tous les 4.

Aussi June, notre petit labrador, était très content de passer quelques jours dans ce petit pradis sur terre.
Le chemin d'accès à l'établissement n'était pas trop bon. Mais nous pensons que ceci fait le charme de cet éyablissement.

Il posto è molto bello, sulle colline del Chianti e con una vista spettacolare! Inoltre le camere sono molto ampie, confortevoli e calde. Menzione speciale per la colazione a km0 ma soprattutto a Filippo e Massimo, che sanno farti sentire a casa

La strada per accedervi: basterebbe del catrame…l’auto tocca il pianale in tanti punti ed e’ davvero fastidioso. Peccato perché con un accesso più appropriato sarebbe davvero un bel posticino.

Struttura accogliente, molto "familiare", ottima assistenza da parte del personale. Unico neo, non dipendente dalla struttura, la strada un po' sconnessa per un breve tratto, ma che la pone in posizione eccellente in mezzo alla natura ed alla tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente in primavera o estate per usufruire anche della piscina

There is no privacy in the ground level bathroom. Need curtain at window.
Acces road scratch the bottom of the cars.
In the room must have some glasses and water for the first evening.
The radiator thermostatic valve is broken. Is impossible to put lower heat.
The door between room and main house is not acoustic isolated. All the noise from the main house can hear in the room.

il punto forte di questa tenuta e' l'accoglienza.Gia' al telefono ci hanno accolto con il sorriso che ritengo fondamentale nell'ospitalita'.Titolare e personale di una gentilezza e cordialita' assoluta.Ottima la colazione servita con prodotti locali ,per il nostro arrivo hanno acceso anche il camino al piano superiore,hanno veramente una grande cura dei loro ospiti.Bravissimi !

The host is really nice and helpful. The outdoors was great and so was the food.
The rooms were really outdated and were not clean, it looks like the bedsheets were not changed. The price is too high for the vaule that you get.

Let’s start with the host Filippo - he is so wonderful, kind, funny, considerate, an amazing chef, helpful, honest, generous and unique. Tenuta Massabo is a paradise, with breathtaking views, extremely peaceful, and a great Tuscan experience! I highly recommend anyone looking for the ultimate vacation, relaxation, delicious food and wine and the best host, to come here!! Don’t skip out on his homemade breakfasts and definitely sign up for his homemade dinners 👌🏻they are worth every penny and then some:)

Great double room on the ground floor with adjoining room for our boys in twin beds. Loved getting up for early morning swim and amazing breakfast cooked by Filippo. Even arranged brilliant childcare for us when we had to go out as well as delicious home-cooked dinner. Would like to come again and highly recommend to others.

the rooms are large and spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms are amazing! Filippo was great at communication and generally flexible with our needs for a somewhat delayed breakfast and check out.
The common areas are also nice to relax and chill. we wish we had more than one night here to truly enjoy the property.
We were going to reach Florence a bit late in the evening, so we also liked that the place was not too far from Florence and easily accessible.
we loved our over all experience and would come back again.
we were personally really looking forward to using the hot tub (the weather was also ideal for it), so we were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was closed. The pool could be cleaner, and things like the table tennis and fooseball tables are not maintained at all. We weren’t dying to use this- they just spoil the ambience a bit, if they are old, they could just be removed.

Filippo is a very warm and welcoming host. We fell in love with the views of this beautiful estate. The place has everything you need in Tuscany, a place to sit outside and relax, a swimming pool, close to vineyards and cute little villages… Filippo will help you with recommendations for activities, restaurants… The room was big and the interior was very authentique.
In Italy they like to eat, a lot ;) breakfast was yummie but too bad it we had so many leftovers everyday. Giving the guests the option to choose might be a bit more sustainable ;)
As the house is a bit older, you might hear the other guest walking and sometimes chatting, but it comes with the charm of the house.
