Cet appartement avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain à Berlin est la solution parfaite pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Les amoureux de la nature et du grand air seront ravis de loger à 1 minutes en voiture de Avenue Kurfürstendamm et à 3 minutes de Parc Tiergarten. Théatre de l'Ouest n'est qu'à 12 minutes de marche et si vous souhaitez prendre la voiture, le trajet ne dure que 3 minutes jusqu'à Jardin zoologique de Berlin. Découvrez d'autres quartiers et explorez Berlin plus en profondeur en sautant dans le métro à Station de métro Uhlandstraße, à 6 min de marche, ou à Station de métro Hohenzollernplatz, à 9 min.

kein Abflußstopfen in der Küche

Top Lage, super Wohnung
Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Bequeme Betten, gut eingerichtet. Kücke o.k. für Frühstück und Nudeln. (mehr braucht es auch nicht an der Lage). Kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und sauber. Ausstattung wie Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc. top. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Nicht verdunkelnde Vorhänge würden den Aufenthalt noch perfekter machen.
Die Lage ist super.

We loved the neighborhood that the apartment is in. Many shops, cafes, etc. and easy access to the amazing Berlin public transportation system. The apartment was very comfortable for two people. Because there is only one bedroom (the second bed is in the living area) it would not be good for two couples in my view- much better for an individual or two people than four. The kitchen is VERY limited and not well stocked- there is no stove or microwave, just a single burner hotplate. The property manager is curt in his communications and not particularly friendly

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Tolles Bad, Küchendurchgangszeile ok (wenn man nicht kochen möchte), Wohnzimmer ( 2. Bett dort tolle Idee ) und Schlafzimmer gut, elektrische Außenjalousien sind super da Erdgeschoßlage, Fußmatten besonders im Bad ! und Küche müssten dringend gewaschen oder erneuert werden und unter ! den Betten müsste auch besser gereinigt werden.

Ruhige Lage,Wohnung sehr sauber und schön. Küche ist vor allem zum Kaffee kochen geeignet.

Wohnung für eine Woche in Charlottenburg
Waren als zu weit nach B gekommen und haben eine angenehme Alternative zur Städtereise gehabt. Lage war mit Nähe zum Kuhdamm optimal, Bushaltestelle optional ca. 200 m entfernt, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke in der Knesebeckstrasse für den täglichen Bedarf (Edeka, Lidl). Freundlicher Hausmeister Service für den Bedarfsfall war gegeben, ebenso wie reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe über Lokal in der Nähe.

Alles war top, die Küche ist zwar sehr klein, aber alles ist vorhanden, auch wenn das durch die Anzeige nicht ganz deutlich wurde. Wir hatten aber vorher nachgefragt und wussten dann Bescheid. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt am Bürgersteig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Sehr gute Lage und dadurch Berlin pur!

Super Wohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage in einer Seitenstrasse vom Kudamm ist sehr komfortabel und ruhig. Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Da ich öfter nach Charlottenburg komme, gerne wieder!
