The property was spacious and well appointed. It was lovely to watch the Olympics as a family group!

This was an amazing place to stay! Very clean, excellent communication with the owners. The home was so warm and welcoming. There was a ton of space between the main floor, 2nd floor, & the basement. The home is updated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. The location of the house is very convenient to the interstate, and some amazing local shops & resturants.

The home is very nice and cozy with its farmhouse decor. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. We did notice the upstairs bedroom tub has a slow drain but it was not enough to make our stay uncomfortable. Definitely a thumbs up home and home owners. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

My daughters, granddaughter, and I visited my Aunt in an assisted living home and my cousins, for a long weekend and the home we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It was updated, nicely appointed, and clean and the residential location couldn’t have been any better, only minutes from family members. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Located in a quiet neighborhood - Great coffee, breakfast, pastries close by. Easy access to downtown, 7-8 mins to the Xcel energy center. Did not like that owner didn't provide check-in information until only one hour before check-in time. A bit nerve racking when your traveling, or other people in the group coming in at different times

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The property is spacious and as described. BUT, there are too many rules, which made us feel on edge and, frankly, mistrusted. We were in town for a relative's 90th birthday party. The next day, we planned to have a brunch with some extended family. Based on the stated rules at booking, I pre-cleared this with the owners. They asked who would be visiting and I replied that all were adult relatives, except for a toddler and an infant. They gave me the OK. The night before we were leaving, I realized I did not have info on how to get into the home. I reached out to the owners using the VRBO messaging platform. It was late, and I didn't hear back until I was at the airport. They said they would not provide the access code until I confirmed how many people and NAMES staying at the property and the NAMES of the people visiting. Felt like an invasion of privacy, but I felt I had no choice. Once I did this, a multi-page PDF showed up in my email - this was the extended dissertation of the rules. If I didn't sign, no access code, nowhere to stay. Kind of not cool to pull this at the last minute. Then the confirmation email said the access code would be sent right away. It didn't come, so I reached back out. Nothing until 25 minutes before check in time. Once we were in, during our stay, they did reach out a number of times to make sure things were OK - we did appreciate that. Advice - develop some level of trust and reduce the number of rules.

Master suite is spectacular. House is cozy. Kids dishes and silverware was appreciated!

This home has all of the amenities you could ever need/want. Nice master bath shower, comfy beds and plenty of room for family to move around on the main floor living space.
