Best room, great host, loved the stay

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location. A lot of shops nearby and is a walking distance to the metro.

Large room, comfortable bed, large tv, close to shops and restaurants, friendly host
- could have been cleaner: rubbish in the bin, hairs in the sink
- near a very loud main road
- NO TOWELS! I had had a long drive and needed a shower. No towels to be found anywhere. Then I saw a sign saying ‘towels on request’ and had to ring the host to get him to bring some. However, he turned up at 11.30pm when I was already in bed. Why not just provide towels as standard like everywhere else? Very strange.

First off, I’d like to say a huge thanks to Mr. Chetan. I’m a student from India and this is my first international trip. From the time I landed to the time I left the city, Mr. Chetan helped me out in every possible way, I was supposed to take 2 buses to reach the property where it was late night and the buses had stopped for the day, he went out of his way to come pick me up from the second stop in the middle of the night and was very hospitable. The room beat my expectations as well, it was clean, neat and tidy. There was an oven, cutlery were provided and also a nice and comfortable double bed. Thanks Chetan for providing me with a comfortable stay and a great hospitality addressing to all my silly questions as well. :)

Dirty, faulty fridge that didn't chill.
No bedside cabinet.
Ill fitting curtains with large gap at the ends exposing view from busy road to bed.
Large space around bay window that could have accommodated either table and chairs, or comfortable seat.

it was located very close to the market and a couple of miles from the tube station. had great accessibility to bus both during night and day

is a beatiful place in Wenbley Harrow. near to restaurants and bus stop.

amazing right near Wembley for our show the family are so nice even let us check out at 12:30pm due to us not waking up also got locked out of the house at midnight when going for a fag the gentleman was lovely woke up and let us back in thank you so much was lovly stay !

We were delighted with the accommodation. The owner was very pleasant and friendly; the room was spacious and comfortable. The property is in a lovely and quiet location, within walking distance of the metro station, close to shops and restaurants.

Nothing. Waste of money and time
i booked the day before but storm weather made it unsafe to drive or travel to the venue. i asked if it could be changed to another date - a date that was free on my booking and they refused. as I’d booked far too near the date which is a stupid policy and would put anyone off looking to book something close to the travel date. they said they’d ‘check closer to the time’ with no assurance for me whatsoever - all four dates I offered to change to were free so they’re hardly busy. daylight robbery. avoid. my booking did nothing to help!

Very clean and tidy, easy to find, free parking and the host was very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on a budget.
