Overall it was in good condition but many items were not being taken care of such as: old ice cream was left on the counter, dryer vent was not attached, many items missing from the garage, most games had missing pieces, bug guy looked into the bedroom window while outback spraying, the drain the shower came off the screws are rusted, etc. just needs some better maintenance or it will go downhill.

Our large family was able to book several units on the same street for our Mother’s Day weekend. It was great to all be so close. We had good times at the pool and at each other’s units. My unit was clean and everything was as it was advertised. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with the necessities for cooking, etc. I would stay here again if the chance arises.

My family absolutely loved this house. Super clean and stylish. Great location and amenities. We needed to get out of our mountain snow and enjoy a few days by the pool. Unfortunately upon check in we noticed the pool access paddle wasn’t there. We called immediately and was told someone would be right over and bring it. Didn’t happen. Called again the next morning, same promise, but again no follow through. Between my husband and I we called probably 5 times during our few days stay. We never did get the pool paddle. All communication told us we wouldn’t be able to use the pools without this visible with us at the pools at all times. Huge disappointment. Somewhere there is a break in the communication chain. The customer service reps we spoke to were very nice & responsive on the phone. We just wanted what was promised to be delivered. If this is fixed we would certainly be giving 5 stars for all areas.

This home is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. The home has everything we wanted, and is close to the recreation we sought.

Great place to stay with very fun pools and things nearby for the whole family! We also visited Snow Canyon State Park which was only a few miles away. The property was exceptionally clean, everything worked well, and we were able to enjoy our stay without issues. Having a pack and play provided was a huge help for the young ones. We never felt crowded as the living room/dining/kitchen are very spacious.

House #82 was amazing! The home was immaculately clean. The home was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Had lots of fun toys for the pool, pickle ball paddles, and beach chairs. Each room had its own full bathroom which you don’t find often in rental homes. The area was beautiful! My kids loved the kids’ zone pool and lazy river. The home was easily accessible to parks, walking and mountain bike trails, and close to Snow Canyon and pioneer park. We would stay here again in heartbeat!

We made the reservation at Paradise village based on the pools and slides for the kids and it did not disappoint! We were very impressed at the overall construction of the home and loved having such a large space to ourselves. The pools and slides were a hit and we spent countless hours there. Thanks again for the great stay!

Bolton family getaway
We had a fantastic experience. Great place to stay with my family. Everything was clean and the pool was nice and close. The main hall toilet wouldn’t flush properly so we just didn’t use it. Overall 10/10 and we’ll be back.

We loved our stay at paradise canyon! The house was beautiful and SO nice! It was an added bonus that the cost was a great deal. We ended up loving it so much that we extended our stay while we were there. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially loved the bunk bed room for our kids. The pool was great and our kids couldn’t get enough of the slides. We also loved how close it was to cafe rio, and Harmon’s! We will definitely be back!

Loved the place, wish it was cleaner.
I had to send photos of the uncleanliness of the property to the Utah Best Rentals due to the issue. Chocolate like substance on the table and chair, wrappers in our sheets (the worst for me) , residue on top of the washer, etc.
Overall we liked the location and the amenities, but maybe would choose a different unit or management company due to the cleaning next time.

Clean and comfortable home
The home was clean. The rooms were well organised and comfortable for our party of nine ranging from 1 to 73. The main floor TV didn’t work initially but help was there and fixed it within an hour. The kids loved the water park.

I have stayed in Paradise Village over a dozen times and this home was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. Dirty linens, broken and missing items, and overall really bad upkeep on this home.

Fine place to stay for cheap
The property was fine, not excellent. The kitchen was stocked well. The washer was broken and the dryer smelled like vomit. One of the showers had a missing glass door so water went everywhere. The couches are cheap, not very comfortable and the tv was very complicated, we never could get movies on easily and when we did get them on, the internet was too slow to play them. The beds were nice, there were fun pool toys in the garage and the bunk room was nice for the kids. Overall it was fine, luckily it was fairly inexpensive to stay.

Amazing
This property was amazing! All the comforts of home. Well stocked and organized kitchen. Beautiful views. The pool area was so much fun. We’d absolutely come back here and highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Maintenance man just walked in
I have sent an email about this, but during our stay the maintenance man just walked in the locked front door without knocking. This really upset my teenage daughter who was in the house alone at the time.

Nice, clean condo in great location
We loved this condo. It was nice, clean, and had many awesome amenities. We loved the pickleball courts, volleyball court, and two swimming pools. We would definitely stay here again.

beautiful home but needs some work
Overall it was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay however the internet and cable were terrible and there were a few things that needed to be fixed before we came. Carpet nails got us a few times in the living room, some utensils were not cleaned (knives in the block) and some of the games and toys were broken and unusable.

Great home close to Snow Canyon!
This property fit our needs perfectly! There were plenty of linens and the beds were very comfortable. It was spacious and did not feel tight with 10 people staying there.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a portacrib and high chair available for our use too.
The home was in a great location— close to Snow Canyon (our primary destination) and not far from the stores and restaurants in St. George. The Harmons near by is a beautiful grocery store!
The self check-in process was very easy and convenient.

Paradise is paradise
We really enjoyed this property it was well stocked and nicely decorated. One problem, the sheets on the main floor master did not stay tucked or even on while sleeping. Maybe should leave spare sheets just in case. I would stay here again!

Perfect Neighborhood
We’ll be back. The pools really make this place perfect. The check in wasn’t as smooth as I’ve had in the past. We had to request an entry code where normally it is easily accessible via the app. Close to Snow Canyon which was also a plus. We brought all the kids and Grandma and Grandpa and it was the perfect size for us.
