Well the location and proximity to the I95 is a definite advantage. The hotel seems to be a recently build. They have plenty of parking space. The room is spacious and has the necessary equipment as a huge fridge and a microwave.

The AC didn’t work with the wall mounted remote so I had to unplug it. The rooms are not sound proof at all. I could hear the guest one floor above me walking snoring and well let’s not get into details. So if you have issues sleeping don’t take this place. You won’t get a sleep at all. During check they tried to charge me for the room again even though I paid it upfront. They doesn’t leave a good impression. The amenities in the bathroom are one normal and massage soap bar and the towels. The coffee and tea making area in the lobby didn’t have any hot water for tea. So for one night it’s ok to stay but no more for sure.

Ruime kamer met keukentje. Alles is schoon en nieuw. Fijne relaxstoel. In 20 minuten rijden ben je bij het strand.

Moeizame ontvangst. Sleutel deed het tweemaal niet. Keukengerei moest je apart ophalen beneden. De kamer rook niet fris. Het raam kan niet open. De koelkast maakt enorm veel lawaai. Wat merkwaardig hotelpubliek (type klusjesmannen)

Very close to I-95. Easy to get to. Staff very friendly

A/C did not work well at all. Unit ran constantly but was not cooling room down. Was also noisy. Room felt damp and floor was sticky as it was moist. Room also had a strange odor possibly because of the moisture.

I 100% have no complaints I travel for work and will stay here the 12 weeks I'm in west melbourne
