Breakfast was closeby and fine. The place was very clean.

It was not clear on the site that there was a common area with three bedrooms. So we were essentially renting a bedroom and bath only privately. Also, there was no place to put luggage in the room. We had to leave luggage on the floor and on the only small table in the room. We could not get the coffee maker or kettle to work plus there was not enough coffee, creamer, or sugar for two people. No one serviced the room while we were there. We only had two towels and wash cloths for a 3 day stay. One of the MAIN things is that there was no A/C as was listed on the amenities!!! We booked it with that consideration. This MUST be changed on the Booking.com.

We stayed one night to bridge our Elba ferry departure the next day. We stayed in room number 2 and liked it very much. We were surprised about the size of the room because it’s so big and how nicely it is renovated. It has like an extra in-between room when you go from the bedroom towards the bathroom. The apartment is located in a side street right by the old city center by the sea. Within 5 minutes walking range you will find plenty of food and dining options which appear to be visited by locals as well. For breakfast, a voucher for a cappuccino and a pastry in a coffee place around the corner was included. The owner Luca is very nice and kind and takes good care of you. Overall we can highly recommend this location and would not hesitate to stay their again even for longer than just one night.

Lovely, old building in the historic part of the town. The room was enormous with high ceilings, a comfy bed and a great shower. It was very quiet. Breakfast at a neighbouring bar was good too! Recommended.

Location excellent, breakfast OK

There was a coffee machine but no cups or mugs(this was corrected at our request) Toiletries could have been more substantial.

Spacious space. Location was excellent. In historic center and close to promenade. Luca got us free parking close by.

Breakfast at nearby cafe was marginal. Great coffee but pastries were day old.
