Starbucks in the lobby. Location. Decent Gym.
Hey noise. Right next to a busy street. Heard the traffic all night. Bed was uncomfortable. Sank in the middle. Needed a new mattress.

Thai was probably one of the worst Marriotts I have stayed in. Every time the A/C turned on it made a horrific noise. it kept me up all night. Not what I needed after a day of travel. I have come to have higher standards for Marriott in general. For the price of this location- I definitely expected better accommodations.

The professional and fresh appearance of the place.
The heater was making a horrendous noise off and on all night. Got maybe 2 hours of sleep. The front desk ladies were super helpful but did not know how to fix. The evening person offered to switch our rooms but someone else was saying that the noise was in their room too, so we didn't think it was worth to wake up our son. Also there was sticky stuff all over my bedside table, and the USB things didn't work.

Yes, I would be glad to comment on our stay. We selected to stay because they advertised a handicapped shower. We got up early and had NO hot water. Therefore, being disabled I needed to stay at a handicapped location. I was unable to shower! Making our stay very unpleasant. When my husband told the clerk at checkout, she just blew it off. I'll tell someone about it, not I'm sorry or any other reference to our inability to bathe. When we checked in we paid in CASH as you are aware, a credit card is required for the stay, then our credit card was charged for our stay also. We contacted our credit card, after talking to someone in charge. Our credit card company was contacted and they removed the charge from our credit card.

Very convenient location and super-clean as it is a rather new facility.
Breakfast options were minimal and less than at comparable hotels. The yogurt was, frankly, awful and tasted like chemicals

My family did not eat breakfast because it was not provided. It was an extra 10.00 a day we were told.

I love the type of showers the hotel has. I had bathtub showers. everything was well kept and clean. we were here for the jr FutureGames and they let us have a late checkout.
