Cancelled 3 times before I found place to stay nightmare

Customer service is done remote which has them clueless to regional issues

the unit was not clean at all It was almost impossible to open the lock box (lockboxes are ancient and not secure spend the money and up date your entry method) I did not feel comfortable with contacting the management. It was obvious they were far away and did not have local staff available. We had only 1 key. I did not feel safe. It is easy to forget and key. there should be as many keys as there are people occupying the unit

THE UNIT WAS DIRTY THE FIREP LACE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUEST MANY OF THE DISHES AND POTS AND PANS WEW FILTY IT DID NOT HAVE CABLE TV ONLY 1 KEY-ARE YOU KIDDING ME NO LOCAL STAFF

Location Saw a turkey in the woods across the river from the place

Door lock security Tv difficult to use could not get network TV on it!

As described, clean, convenient, close to the mountains.

Location was very convenient to Okemo Ski Resort. Well supplied with dishes, glasses, utensils and cooking tools. Provided with some toiletries, paper towels, hand, dish and dishwasher soap, trash bags, towels and bedding, which was nice not to have to bring your own. The condo is spacious, so there is plenty of room.

Condo is rather outdated in furnishings, decor and the stove. It looks like you've gone back to the 70s! Squeaky headboard on master bed woke us up when rolling over in sleep. Could have been cleaner; cleaners left hair on the shower drain; some linens were stained. Too much road noise in early am. No instructions on turning water on; there was no water in toilets when we arrived. Nothing but wood to start a fire in the fireplace. No paper, matches or firestarters.
