Lobby was set up for larger groups like mine with 11 people. We sat and played games without having to crowd into small areas.

The shower door was crooked and leaked a bit of water on floor.

I was very impressed with everything from the staff, room, amenities and the very wonderful breakfast. Also having 24/7 access to coffee/tea was great. I would recommend this place to everyone….. great experience.

The breakfast was not good.

The pancake machine was amazing.

One staffer gave us a hard time about having our ESA animal in the lobby in a corner. Not a single person around just us and they tried to tell us he couldn’t be there. To the point where we had to explain that he was an ESA legally protected.

Breakfast was fine. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is very clean. The gym is useful.

I was surprised at the price at check-in. I understood the cost through booking.com was under $700 for 5 nights. It turned out to be over $900. I don't know if the site was converting Swedish crowns; but I was a bit shocked on arrival.
