Beautiful decor and furnishings, everything immaculate. Great location easy walking into Stamford. We were a group of 4 ladies (aged 50+) , found it great . Futon bed smaller than a single but ok for 5ft 4 person . Overall - fab !

Lovely house within easy walking distance to the centre of Stamford. Beautifully maintained and well kitted out. Comfy beds and really clean throughout. Rebecca is always helpful without being in any way intrusive. Great outside dining area, which was lovely when it was so warm.

Stylish, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. Beds very comfy, a gem of a find. 2 loos a godsend Excellent communication with owners.

Having to leave! Only possible downside, might've taken a while to run a bath, but shower in big P shape bath was efficient enough.

The water pressure for taking a bath was very weak and took an age to get anywhere near half full which was a little disappointing. We did not try the shower so cannot comment on the water pressure for that facility. Fridge freezer made a bit of a racket so that may need some attention

we think the shower let it down. 5 ladies showering loads of condensation fan wasn’t working and difficult to switch on.

Good loacation, beautiful house with plenty of space.
Only 1 bed was made up and there wasn’t enough linen for the other rooms. Maybe a miscommunication in number of guests.

Had a lovely weekend at this property, it was beautifully presented and central to shops,cafes ,bars and restaurants would definitely stay again .

This is a super little property in Stamford with an easy five minute walk to town. The property is modern well equipped and has parking. The hosts made us feel very welcome and provided everything we needed. The little court yard is great.

Certainly lives up to its name. This is a very comfortable place with a luxurious feel. Very well furnished and very well stocked with all that you need for a relaxing stay. Within walking distance of town and 2 car parking spaces - a great bonus. We loved it so much my husband wanted to buy it ! We will certainly return if we haven’t found a property to buy and will recommend to others. FABULOUS

Location was central without being noisy, it was like being at home with every aspect that you might need being catered for. Elegant re-decoration, spacious, simply excellent

Fantastic stay , great house for a weekend break . Very clean , modern and well equipped accommodation. Great location- easy walk into Stamford and Burghley Park . Would definitely return. Great communication with host - thanks Rebecca .
