This hotel is fairly new and modern. Rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Walking distance to the airport terminal which is great if you have ultra early flight like we did. Great rate for what you get. Rooftop restaurant is reasonably priced with good menu options. We will definitely use this place again. We even got a complimentary drink voucher each. Brilliant.

its a three minute walk from the airport. the room size is very good. bright and clean. nice bathroom. the lifts arw multiple and fast! this is very important in a big hotel. the pool area and pool are nice and relaxing. it's quiet despite being next to the airport. the breakfast isn't super exciting but it's a good-tasting western buffet. the staff are efficient.

I suppose it's a bit isolated from amenities such as shops and restaurants if you don't have a car. it's a 35-45 minute walk to Coolangatta. but it really is nice for an airport hotel. for any hotel :)

Needed to get an early flight from the Gold Coast and this hotel's location is excellent. The check in & check out were a breeze and the staff were well presented, courteous and friendly. The bed was comfortable and linens nice also. Bathroom was spotless and well appointed. I would stay again.

A better selection in the tea / coffee tray would have been nice. Hot chocolate maybe?

Room was only for one night, but it was a bit smaller than I like. And I do think a full length mirror is really necessary....a bathroom basin one doesn't work!

My husband and I had the good fortune to book this hotel for our short stay recently, and we are very happy to recommend it for all ages. Each member of staff we encountered were obliging and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable in all aspects, and even though I didn't notice a housekeeping cart in the hall, our bed was made and room cleaned, even after the shortest absence. The rooftop bar was a fine place to relax and take in the skyline and watch the planes coming in to land. There are are also brief glimpses of the ocean from time to time. We were fortunate to find a parking space under the hotel whenever we returned, and we were grateful for that. It will be on our list for future occasions.
