Our "gently used" and very clean 31 foot “Class C” RV is really easy to drive and has a lot of bells and whistles. Rear backup and side camera system. There are 2 indoor TV's. Easy to use indoor and outdoor stereo systems. Generous amounts of storage space both inside and out. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. There is one large, spacious slide out. This slide out expands the kitchen and living area for extra space and well as the Master Bedroom providing you with extra comfort. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and there is another queen bed located above the front cab. There are 2 more full sized, pull out beds for your additional passengers. (Once again, bed linens, blankets and bath towels are provided for up to 6 quests at no additional charge.) The roomy bathroom and shower have tons of storage space and I'll even supply you with RV friendly tissue paper, towels and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen provides you with paper products and utensils for 6 people. There is a RESIDENTIAL SIZE refrigerator/freezer as well as a large microwave/convection oven along with an induction cooktop with 2 burners. Lots of overhead compartments for all your food items as well as a slide out pantry. I will also provide you with a coffee maker, filters, toaster, crock pot, assorted pots and pans, cooking utensils and storage containers. There is an awesome, large, outdoor awning that you can sit under while enjoying the stereo, or the large outdoor TV. I'll also provide you with an outdoor rug, folding outdoor chairs. There is a required PREP FEE of $200.00 which includes stocking your RV with all of the above mentioned items as well as cleaning & disinfecting the unit inside and out before your departure and upon arrival. EVEN BETTER, this fee includes, ME, taking care of re-cleaning the empty tanks and sanitizing the black & grey tanks upon your return. And of course I will launder all linens.
