This house is absolutely perfect. There isn’t a single thing missed here. Hosts go above and beyond to make sure you want for nothing. The house was immaculate. The pool was so warm for our winter stay. The weather did not cooperate but we were still able to enjoy the pool on several days. We were welcomed with flowers, champagne, fruit and chocolates! This is definitely the best rental we have ever stayed in. Book it!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The home is beyond well stocked, we had everything we needed from a high chair/portable crib for our baby to a welcome basket of fruit/snacks and Prosecco for the adults! Great location - beautiful water views, quiet neighborhood. We used the heated pool everyday, even though the weather was a bit cool. Beata and Mario are wonderful hosts, very responsive to questions and requests. I would recommend their home to anyone!

The house, pool and outdoor area were wonderful. Extremely clean and looked just as advertised. It was quiet and relaxing...just what we were looking for for a small family get-together. WOW! This was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in, and we are frequent vrbo renters. The home definitely exceeded our expectations. It was SO clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed and then some. Beata was such a JOY to work with and clearly goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are happy. She is extremely attentive and pays very close attention to every detail. The only problem we experienced was...we did not want to leave! We will definitely be back to this area again and can't wait to book with Beata and Mario soon. Thank you for doing such an incredible job!!

Everything was perfect and the gift of flowers, chocolates, wine and fruit was so thoughtful! Beata and Mario were great to communicate with and she even managed our Instacart delivery so we didn’t have to grocery shop after arriving. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views were beautiful!

This was absolutely the best Verbo rental I’ve ever stayed in over the years. Beata, the host was so responsive with anything that you needed, there were beautiful surprises when we walked into the door, which was so welcoming, the place itself is amazing, great fishing, great pool, and just absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. I loved this place we stayed for eight days and never even left to go to the beach. Best vacation ever we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home! The furnishings and decor, as well as the flooring and appliances, all seemed brand new. How luxurious to stay at a new-feeling home! The 4 bedrooms were so nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional yet very well-decorated. AC worked very well on some hot and humid April days! We had fun using the gourmet kitchen, which was stocked with spices and cooking spray, coffee, tea and sugars! The screened-in pool (and patio overlooking the canal) was our favorite part of the home. Also, besides being stocked with linens and towels, the host also provided many beach/pool towels! The washer/dryer was new and very nice. It was also great to have a garage and bikes! Publix is right around the corner, as well as Rita’s Italian Ice which happens to be a yummy spot we were excited to recognize from other traveling adventures - we totally recommend it! We also enjoyed taking a 10 minute drive to Punta Gorda for pickleball courts and restaurants. The host recommended Carmela’s which was fabulous. We also loved Fisherman’s Village and especially the restaurant there called The Pier. Lastly, and probably most importantly, the host was AMAZING with responding to our questions. The response time was sometimes less than a few minutes! The host is extremely accommodating, and provided a very pleasant rental experience. When we arrived, the counter had a huge bowl of fresh fruit, roses and Easter treats - such a sweet and unexpected touch. Thanks for a great time!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was spotless, fully stocked with paper and bathroom priducts, kitchen conveniences, etc. Decir was on point. Beds very comfortable. The garage had bikes, fishing poles and various pool floats, etc. I can’t think of a single thing the owners could add that would be needed. We arrived to fresh roses, fruit and chocolates! House was a 7 minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda. Cute shops and restaurants. My daughter and I loved the chairs in the backyard overlooking the water. Very peaceful.

Everything was better than described. Heated pool is a BIG PLUS. Can't comment negatively on anything. Neighborhood is nice and quiet cul-de-sac. Publix about 3/4 mile away. Would definitely go back.

This was an annual trip with mother and three daughters. The home was absolutely gorgeous with every amenity needed. Lots of time lounging in the beautiful pool, and cards at night. No need to leave the property once settled in. We will definitely be back. Thanks Beata for a wonderful stay!

This property is truly beautiful. The pictures are right on point. The owners have just thought of everything. Even cuddly blankets for every room. Kitchen is stocked, every appliance you can think of, as well as, spices. Coffee and tea. Just everything. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a perfect week at Harbour Paradice! The property itself was perfect for our stay and had everything needed for an amazing stay with no worries. All the extras that our hosts Beata and Mario did in welcoming us to their home were so thoughtful and are a welcome to any vacation. From the dozens of roses, chocolates, wine and a personal touch welcoming us we could not have asked for a better time this past visit and look forward to another stay soon. Beata is a great host! The house is perfect if you are not beach people. We are "boating" people, so being able to be close to the water was great. We did rent boats 2 days from Holidaze in Punt Gorda.- I highly recommend them! The pool was perfect. We even saw sting rays in the canal! All the ammenities were available.

We came from Alaska for my daughter's wedding. It was 7 adults and my 10 yr old grandson. We have a large family and each of my adult children rented vacation rentals in the area for their families. It was the first time in years that we were all together for the wedding. From the very beginning Beata was wonderful to work with. She answered all communications very quickly. She was extra gracious with accommodating us. I felt welcome before i even arrived. When we first arrived my first impression was how well stocked the house was. I don't think there was anything they had forgotten. Everything you need is in the house plus more. They had left us a huge fruit bowl which was very appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was extra luxurious. This was impressive to me because you could tell the owners put extra love in selecting nice bedding and furnishings. The pool was enjoyed by our whole group and the view was amazing. The house was very clean and all the furniture was comfortable. We loved the big sofa! Thank you to the hosts for the wonderful stay!!! It really was a 5 star stay!!

We had an awesome stay! From the moment we walked in we were touched at the extra lengths the owner put out. The whole kitchen was decorated (very tastefully I might add) for our friends 40th birthday celebration. She was always quick to respond to the many questions we had along the whole process and our stay. Her canal property is not only beautiful and stylish but also very accommodating. She had all the little extras for anything we needed and for people who like to cook it was so nice to have a huge open kitchen with lots of cutlery, cooking utensils and whatnot. Our favorite was sitting on the edge by the canal watching the dolphins swim right under our feet in the morning. What a gem, we would definitely stay here again!

Our short stay in Port Charlotte was amazing. Beata and Mario were great hosts and made sure everything was taken care off for our vacation. The house was perfect for our extended family of 6 and Beata provided all kinds of useful information for our stay. The house was stocked with all kinds of amenities for us to enjoy. Finally, on the last day there was a storm and Beata and Mario were more than gracious in our departure times and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. We look forward to coming back.

My siblings and I stayed at this property to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. What a great home! Everything was beautifully decorated and very clean. The house was well stocked with everything that we may have needed, and then some. Beata went above and beyond with welcoming us. She also surprised my parents with some decorations for their anniversary. It was one of the best experiences that we have ever had in a vacation rental. We have enjoyed numerous VRBO properties, both domestic and international. Beata and Mario were hands-down the best and most responsive hosts we've ever experienced. From the moment we booked on line, Beata reached out to see if there were any particular questions we had about the area or if there were particular requests we had to make our trip more enjoyable. This level of responsiveness remained throughout our check-in and our stay. The recently remodeled property is just beautiful, very inviting and provided inspiration for our new home currently under construction. My husband and I were a bit concerned about the lack of a king sized bed since this is what we are used to but ultimately decided to book this property anyway. The beds were all so comfortable, we didn't even miss our king size. In addition, both my husband and I were working remotely for part of our trip and we never encountered any issue with the wi-fi or the AC. The property is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Not listed on the profile is a grill so we were prepared to do without; however, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice grill available for on-site cooking. We rented a boat from the local marina and were a bit concerned about the tie-up at low tide so Beata and Mario graciously worked with us to make alternative arrangements. I cannot emphasize the high standard they set as hosts! Just marvelous! I would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay at Edgewater again or rent from Beata and Mario at any property.
