The cleanliness didn't meet my expectations. the sheets on the bed seemed that they were not changed. the floor in the bathroom was dirty.

No staff here until checkout🙃 When you need something like hairdryer or want to ask something about this island, nobody will answer your call, and nobody in the office even during the working hour. However, when you are late for the checkout time for about 15 minutes, the staff will open your curtain without your permission and no matter you’re naked or what, and knock your door heavily to remind you that they DO EXIST. What a lovely trip🙃

The restaurant is the only saving grace for this hotel. Staff and food are excellent!

We paid more for a waterfront view and balcony, problem with that is those rooms are right above the restaurant. So you have the noise of the outdoor dining and drinking until the last guests leave.

we had a balcony but without chairs, it was strange. but in total I think that it’s a really cool place - you will have all you need, 5 minutes from peer, you can leave your bags in locker. and of course - amazing restaurant on first floor.

We really loved everything about this place definitely worth the stay. Great location near the ferry ⛴️ Port and Ocean view as well. The clean smell and sensation of the room was my favorite of all everything is a plus. Very easy to check in and out and very thoughtful about the lookers they let you use before and after your stay. The restaurant have the best food and service we have had in a long time. We are very happy to choose El navegante and we highly recommend. We are already thinking about our next stay now for a longer time. Thanks everyone.

luggage storage for early check-in. We were met by a cute chicken with two small chickens :-)

You can go to the toilet if you know the code, but they didn't tell us the code. In the evening, all restaurants are busy and close early and we were not informed that it is better to book restaurants in advance. There was not any hangers or drying rack for beach towels in the room. There were no beach towels either.
