Place is at a perfect location, very clean and has everything you need.

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. The hosts are clear and helpful when responding to messages. Allocated off road parking and a peaceful position a few minutes walk to the pier or town centre. The pictures are accurate.

The fridge door didn’t properly close and the inside of it was dripping. Some oven gloves would have been useful. The windows were very dirty.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the accommodation.

It would have been good if the second bedroom had a mirror.

Ideally located on a relatively quiet road in the centre of Llandudno. 2 min walk to shops / restaurants, 5 min to orme tram and less than 10 mins to pier. Property was spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack of food/tea was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Nothing really. If we were being really picky then we could have done with a clothes horse or similar to dry clothes after a couple of wet days.

Rooms were spacious and well-decorated. Owners allowed us to arrive early and leave our luggage in the flat.

Rubbish from past occupants found under the main bed. Sitting room window is painted shut. We had to open flat front door and main front door to get any air in. Main bedroom window sash was broken. Needed great effort to open it and it then had to be propped open. Bathroom extractor had lost its string and could not be turned on. Boiler control handbook was for the wrong type of boiler. It took some time to work out by trial and error how to work it. No drying rack for plates in kitchen. No drying rack for clothes. When asked owner eventually supplied one, but then never responded to any further attempts to connect him.

Lovely clean property, modern and good facilities. Great value for money and good location. Perfect for a family stay. And visit Dino’s restaurant round the corner, friendly staff and good value, they were our favourite neighbours! 😊

Excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to shops restaurants and sea front. Our hosts provided a free welcome pack . Tea, coffee, milk and cakes. Wonderful.

The apartment is more spacious than the photos suggested. We were able to fit our travel cot in either bedroom. Great location, and parking was a benefit. Excellent facilities and useful supplies for a weekend away. Friendly and welcoming hosts.
