L’emplacement est parfait et le personnel extrêmement bienveillant

Excellent Breakfast, friendly and warming staffs.
The bathroom could have been more cleaner. There was a bidet toilet seat - which was good, but it was not functioning properly.

The only good thing about it is the location
Many of, first, hot water not working, no hot water for 2 days, 2nd, wrong description, says there is bathtub in the room, but shower only, 3rd, it's nothing compare to suites, for over $100 a night, I think it's well overprice, 4th, I have to airport 8am, at that time there were hundreds of students having breakfast, filled up the rooms and I dont have a seat, stuffs offered me sit on lobby, but no one helps, so I don't have breakfast that day.

Great property for staying in Pokhara. Very helpful staff and food. The reception staff and even security personnel were extremely well behaved and humble. Great value for money.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff . All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous,especialy Ms.Anjali,she is the leader, key and secret of success of this hotel. So thank you v.much Ms.Anjali and all Shaara staff.

one of the best hotels in pokhara with sea view and exceptional customer service by Mr Anil. i was greeted and welcome in a pleasant way and also i got an free upgrade for my birthday, which was very sweet of them. would love to visit the property again.
An option for halal food would have made out stay more comfortable or better halal options nearby.

Clean room with secure storage and a comfy bed.
Desk staff are rude and condescending, this also includes staff on the travel info desk. Wifi is slow and virtually nonexistent.

I didn't like about 360degree restaurant at 9th and 11th floor it was a very small place where 5 to 6pupil can stand even when v asked for the restaurants at 9th floor they refused to come, they said you have to order downstairs restaurants and will be served in your room, This was the very regretfully incident 🤔

I loved my room. The balcony area and the small table was lovely to have. I also really appreciated the welcome fruit waiting in the room for me. I also really liked the infinity pool. The very top floor had an amazing view and a great place to watch the sunset. I also loved the art in the stairwell. I looked at every painting on the way down to the bottom floor.
No water in the hot tub. Breakfast was absolutely insane.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, free breakfast yummy everything was perfect except our room noisy because of we checking into family room which has connected door and the noise coming through the door.

Excellent breakfast & Excellent Room, Superb view of Fewa Lake, Annapurna & Fishtail peak from balcony & most of Pokhara.
Restaurant Front Office & cleaning staff & Manager was very helpful & has a good attitude for helping.
360 degree view from roof top.
Very close to main street.
We booked family room & it was very spacious.
Has a 5 star standard.
Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance & exhaust was not working.
I informed this to the manager Mr. Krishna & he said they are fixing all the issues.
