Had a lovely getaway at the 2 Bear Barns, an ideal place to stay for exploring the local area and beyond. Everything you could possibly need. I would recommend to all

It’s a modern, beautifully presented and very comfortable property, ideally situated for the town.
At the time of booking the description stated that it had two bathrooms, but it has one bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. It was however mentioned in the small print.

Lovely location in the centre of Rhayader so very convenient for shopping or going out for meals. The house is set back from the road and so is very quiet. The area for parking is spacious and there was outdoor seating (suitable for meals outdoors) at both the front and back of the house. The house was very modern, nicely furnished and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The wifi worked really well too. Overall the house was outstanding value for money.

Coffee maker was listed but not present... It would be nice to have one :) However, instant coffee was provided instead ;)

Perfect location for exploring mid Wales, good parking, exceptional facilities, immaculately clean, and very quiet and relaxing.

Location was great, didn’t have breakfast.
The property is listed as two bedrooms and two bathrooms but it isn’t. It has one ( 1 ) family bathroom and a down stairs toilet. We expected two bathrooms between 4 adults when we booked. They don’t allow guests in the property either, so my daughter and son in law couldn’t come to see us.

Simply and stylishly appointed and very well equipped. Very easy parking.
Rhayader was a great base for us to explore the Elan Valley. The Co-op shop was very convenient.
The owners were very welcoming and offered advice for good local pubs

The location was perfect for us visiting friends and travelling around the countryside. The house was ideal base it was modern clean and child friendly. Our hosts were friendly and acoomodating. We would recommend this property as a base for the area.

Location was great
We were sorry that we were unable to show our relatives (who who were staying elsewhere) how nice 2 Bear Barns was, due to Insurance regulations.

the accommodation was lovely and clean everything you needed. as we just booked it the night before we didn't really know what to expect but it was fantastic we will be booking again

Excellent location in the centre of Rhayader, near to the main co-op store. Parking was no problem as the property had its own allocated parking space. The Elan Valley was just down the road. The accommodation was very new, with a bright and airy open plan kitchen diner and lounge. The bedroom and bathroom were sparkling. You have to provide your own towels which is no problem as we were informed of this up front.
Broadband was a little slow but managed to connect to a different wifi which was better. Could have done with a couple of dish washer tablets. A couple of the kitchen utensils were a bit flimsy, these are very minor points. so don't let these detract from a what was high quality accommodation.
