Stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it!

Great house for a small group!

Pluses:Cute apartment; close to freeways, shops, beaches, good restaurants; rooms were adequate. good kitchen tools. Did not like: inadequate seating at dining table (apt. advertises for 5 but only 2 mismatched chairs); fix broken windows in kitchen and 1st br; replace broken fridge crisper which looked like a big foot went in it; get decent cutlery and enough mugs - throw out the one with the crack; clean heavy wear areas and complete painting on doors that were started; get full-sized bath towels (be generous, plz); purchase new pillows - the ones that were in the property were clearly heavily used and had lost much of their lives; get an area rug inside door since it rains so frequently and the outer one is not entirely adequate; train track is about 100m from the property which is ok if it only was the passenger trains that run but the commercial trains go by during the very early hours of the morning (think 1:59am) which is ok if you can sleep through that (there is acknowledgement of this on the property site); parking on the hardstanding is not guaranteed as the other units also seemed to be occupied but you can park on the grass verge; dirty towel in closet in br 2, ?why? This property does not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer so I thought they would have compensated by having small luxuries or maybe just "nicer" stuff. Maybe they can - it doesn't cost a lot to look good. I just think that the property mgrs need to go in and take inventory and fix.

Very nice stay. The train tracks were close by but the noise wasn’t too bad. Had a little issue with communication amongst the managers/owners about my granted late checkout time but it was resolved eventually. I would recommend better communication between managers/owners. Thank you.

Place was great for what we needed. When we arrived on time, they took an extra hour of cleaning. So we knew the place was super clean, and they gave us an extra hour since they were running behind.

Quiet and clean but out of the way.

I love it

It was a perfect location for a visit with family. The Grilled Fish was conveniently close and food was terrific and fresh.
