Maria was so friendly - cottage was so beautiful, spotless and comfortable.. Drumod was a scenic village and very central to so many activities.

Liked it was in the village and access to restaurant and countryside

Too clinical as it was very clean and very modern but I personally prefer somewhere with more character and the host more personable !

Stayed in this beautiful little house in the centre of Dromod for the bank holiday weekend. House was exceptionally beautiful with fab furnishings throughout. Spotlessly clean and the bed was so so comfy with amazing pillows and duvet. Within walking distance of everything in Dromod - had a lovely meal from the Copper Still (take out but everything was given to us on real plates so it was like having a proper home cooked meal!). We were able to get everything we needed from the local store Hunt's and we were just around the corner from the lovely marina. Carrick on Shannon was within easy reach too where we went on the Moon River cruise which was really lovely. Lovely peaceful, chilled out stay and Maria was lovely to deal with :-)

Arigna mining experience is only 30 minutes away and the view from it's car-park is exceptional. Unfortunely it was closed because of covid but hoped to open on 5th July.

Nothing to dislike.
